I went to Goodwill today since I was over there. They changed the layout.? I liked it better the other way. It's very messy now and not categorized anymore like it used to be.

They couldn’t provide a free pick up service because of my location, which I understand. So I rented a 15 ft U-Haul and delivered a full truck of items. When I get there I’m told I have to unload the entire truck myself while there were 5 employees standing around. They couldn’t even keep up with me getting bins. I hope they are not getting paid but are voluntarily working there. It’s very sad the lack of work ethics and humanity today.

Their return policy is a headache and there are no dressing rooms, forcing you to purchase anything you want to try on. Why? Company profit. I'm not donating anything else to this place, I'll throw it in the trash first. ✌️

Was traveling from Arkansas. I'm a thrifter from way back. Couldn't believe the outrageous prices on the items and the color of the week was 25 % off instead of 50%. I saw many things I would have purchased had the prices not been the same as going down the street to Walmart.I was very disappointed!!!!

I like the variety and occasional deals, but for second hand "as is" shopping, they are a bit more expensive than I'd expect

I also have found their prices to be outrageous! I have looked some items up and they are asking more than eBay prices! The female manager or the cashier manager is very sour and rude! She only grunted a response at me when I asked her a question and had no customer service skills at all! I used to be able to find some good deals there, but I feel that corporate greed has taken over. If you look up the supposed “good will “business model , there is nothing good will about them. They don’t give back to the community, rather they take your free stuff and sell it for 100% profit! I recommend donating to the Salvation Army, city boutique, or upscale resale!

There are definitely gems to be found if you dig, but overall the selection isn’t great, and the prices aren’t either. A lot of the non-clothing items are junk, and with the clothes, you’re probably better off buying new. On the positive side, this place is always packed, but the staff are able to get through the line quickly, even when only a couple of registers are open.
