I like gerbs so much I go there just about every day just to see what the reduced items bring to me determines what I'm going to cook for the day and it gives me a chance to allow my service animal to stretch his legs and continue to grow as far as learning what he's supposed to do and not to do and they happily allow it

My family really like Fordhook Lima beans. We could not find them so my husband went to the courtesy booth and asked. Within minutes they helped to find them.. I found what I needed today.

Clean fast and friendly, not only were the bathrooms and isles clean but the time I put in a pickup order they came out and made sure to tell us it would be a tad bit of a wait and apologized, something walmart could never comprehend doing! Will be back to shop more frequently!

I have been a long time customer after today I will be taking my business somewhere else. The Pharmacy has gone down hill will customer service. I was turned away today because it was the Pharmacy lunch break and told to come back after 2pm after I drove 45 mins to pick up my sick childs prescription, when I lot the person at the counter know of this they told me it was not there problem when it comes to timing. When I called to complain to the manager come to findout it was the manager that was at the counter he didn't even take my concern into consideration he just kept saying it company policy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I stop at this Gerbes location occasionally due to the fact I have a friend who lives near by. I am always disappointed in the produce section. It is usually very low in stock and what’s left you wouldn’t want to buy. Overall cleanliness of the store is not very good. Associate’s are friendly.

Whoever it might concern, your location in Paris RD has the worst customer of any grocery stores I have ever visit, your customer representatives ask customers to wait for them to put groceries or whatever away for them to serve customers, sometime I have waiting up to 20 minutes for them to come back to customer service desk, unbelievable. Customer service people are lack of training, service, empathy, servant heart, it’s just awful. Lucky for them they work for your organization because they would been working for mine , they wouldn’t have last one day. They need to understand that customer first, they need to understand what it’s a servant heart customer service employee, we are bringing Dollars to your store, for them to get paid for the poor service they provide. Owners, Managers, leads educate your employees and start providing better service. I do not need a response from you. I need for you to provide better service. You have some excellent employees there others are worthless. Up your game

Sage is great ! The deli seems kinda nonchalant . Last week there's three registers going and no customer service manager at the desk . The girl was on a register and me and another guy were at the service desk and she says the service desk is closed ? . It wasn't Sage that wouldn't have happened but it seems like a lot of newer generation people just do what they want with no regard for traditional business ethics . I worked here eight years ago and it's so much different . Understaffed. But it's still a go to store for me .

I have been disappointed several times with this store, in the past a lot of the people working there don't act like they know what they are doing at all and they are not helping customers very well. They seem to avoid them. Well today I went and bought an item and when waiting in the line the lady behind me started putting items on the bel when this big wife of her body odor engulfed the whole area. She smelled like a trash dumpster on a hot day, a putrid smell. It made me gag and I held my breath until I got out the front door. Now I feel like the store should escort people like that out because she bought produce and I hate to think that she was touching the lettuce and tomatoes that I might go behind her and buy. It's a health issue that you allow people like that in the store. They way she smelled I am sure she hasn't washed her hands for several days if not longer. Very disturbing. I always wash my produce when I get home anyway, but it's still a good way to pass along all kinds of nasty germs. You should really think about that when you allow people that appear to have extremely poor personal hygiene in to shop.

It's, in my opinion, more "upscale" than Wal-Mart, but not as "uppity" as Hy-Vee. And, it's clean and friendly.

This location is so inconsistent in the deli department. I called to ask if they had any chicken available and the worker said, “no I don’t, and I’m not cooking anymore because I’m the only one here”. Just poor customer service and extremely unfriendly. Management needs to get a better system or method and train their staff to be more kind when they speak with customers.

Excellent service here; cashiers and managers are professional and friendly. This is a busy location. If you can't find what you're looking for ask someone they will order it.

Used to spend a couple hundred dollars a month there every month. Now I hardly bother. Not only have they banned going in with backpacks but when I wait in line to leave it at the desk they simply put it on the floor near the trash rather than behind the counter. Clearly the security’s of property isn’t their motive. They say it’s the policy of the local management rather than corporate.

What has happened to this store? The quality of produce continues to go down hill. The bakery department is practically non existence. I went shopping with my list in hand last week and came out without buying a single thing.
