We have been taking our vehicles to Bruce and his team for over 25 years. I have never had to worry that because I am a women they would try to take advantage of me. They have always been fast and the job is always done correctly. When they give you quote on the work that needs to be done it is 99% accurate or less. Thank you all for being such a great place to do business with!

I use the shop several times and rather than going into specifics I'll just say this. Bruce is a pretty nice guy, but he's not very observant or thorough.

I have been going to Bruce for over10 years. I own 3 cars/trucks at any one time and he has worked on all of them from oil changes to ball joints/brake etc. My vehicles have never needed major repair because I buy reliable types Ford trucks and Toyota's, Lexus etc. He has worked on all of them and he is extremely honest and has always done good work for me. Never take one persons word for a review especially if it is negative and only one experience since there are many factors that can affect it, like type of vehicle and the ghosts that can exist in a car trying to find out whats wrong especially if it is electrical in nature. One story of my Lexus I had a problem that was supposed to be expensive to fix as thats what it presented itself as, but Bruce dove deeper online to some of the chats and saw something that it could be and , short story it was and a very cheap fix. The dealership would have picked the more expensive route and in turn accidentally fixed the problem. This is the guy who does not throw parts at the problem,like most do. Does not matter what the shop/waiting room looks like, what matters are the results and the final cost of solving the problem the first time!
