Olivia is simply AMAZING! She is so pleasant, energetic, welcoming, kind and has excellent fashion sense.She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in Francesca's clothing and I will be forever grateful for this young woman.Olivia truly turned me into a Francesca's shopper for life!
