This store has a limited selection. I came in with the intention of trying on Adidas Ultraboost and On Clouds. I was told they didn’t carry Adidas, and when I asked why, I was told, “because the owner decided not to.” Additionally, there was no one on the floor when I arrived, and when I asked for help, I had to ask again and wait for him to finish speaking with his coworker in the staff room before coming to assist me. I left very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this store. Also, with the number of healthcare workers buying shoes at this store, especially On Clouds, they should offer a discount.

The person who helped us was named Sophie I think. Very visibly annoyed from the moment they began helping us & very impatient when we asked to try different styles of shoes. I wish now we had placed an order online for shoes instead of using their business.

I went in not knowing anything other than they could scan your feet and help you find a shoe for your needs. They do indeed have that! The scanning process only took about a minute or two, simple quick and easy. All the reps I dealt with were very kind, extremely helpful and informative. The overall cleanliness of the place is fantastic. Check out was a breeze. The socks that they have you wear for testing the shoes are amazing (and also available for purchase). All in all I had a very pleasant experience and left a happy customer! I'll be recommending this to friends, family, and co-workers in the future!

Customer service is incredible.
I didn’t know I needed to have my feet measured digitally - I was wearing the wrong size shoe! I would never have picked the shoes they suggested based on my arch, stride, narrow heal. Wow!
They sales staff don’t work on commission, so I could tell they were low pressure and just pleasant people.
Furthermore, the running groups they host are motivating! I don’t run in one, but I when I see them gather before a run, I can tell
The vibes are positive and safe.

I have bought three pairs of running shoes here on three different occasions. I love that the staff take time to measure my feet, and come up with recommendations. The staff are not pushy and seem to be willing to give me all the time I need to make a choice. This store has the latest and greatest running shoes from all the major brands. I also have been a big fan of their sock collection, especially Feetures. Definitely would recommend for running shoes / socks / fuel.

My go to for new shoes. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and they treat customers like family. Ask for Grace, she’s amazing!!!
