My reason for going to Firestone was for a State inspection. That was the easiest part of my first visit. I return 2 days later to get a reinspection, after getting my mechanic to fix the reason for failed inspection. I called prior, I let them know that the problem was fixed, was instructed to come by next evening and they'll look at it. Well I went back the man that waited on me, I don't remember his name, not sure he gave it to me. He asked me the name on the appointment I responded I didn't have a appointment. He said that he didn't know if he could get to it, I said while I was told to bring it in for re-inspection. Needless to say I got a little pissed & loud. He started with insults said I was twice his age, wanted to know what I did for work maybe he could explain it to me to where I could understand and then he ended by referring to who I was voting for. By that time I was more mad, I punched a display and knocked it over. He told me that I couldn't come back to the store. The next morning I called got an appointment, and he was sitting at the desk when I walked in. I politely walked up to him and said I have a 4:30 appointment please, he said I heard, asked for my keys and told me to sit, all in a very demeaning tone. He made the comment or don't knock my tires over as I went to sit down. I will never ever go back to the Firestone on Conley Rd. because of that. The lady that I spoke to when I first got there and the guy that did the inspection were excellent. Heather and Dylan, thank you guys....

Come to Conley Firestone!
They’re helpful, kind, and actually care about their jobs and customers. You get your car fixed and that’s awesome, but it’s also about how you treat people that come in and they know how to do that. Josh has personally helped me with my last three cars, I don’t trust anyone else but them to keep my baby running.

I always have an issue with my service at this Firestone location. I'm actually sitting in their lobby right now for them to fix my car as my steering wheel is shaking so bad since Firestone worked on it this past Saturday. This isn't the first time this had happened either. I will never come back to this location.

Typically, I use to small local shop. I sold my house 7/31/24 to transition to traveling full time in a motorhome and pull my Santa Fe. My vehicle start to overheat was a big wrench into my plans! I decided to take her to Firestone on 9/2, it was the closest. It was a radiator hose. Came back. Store manager Josh showed me an additional part that is needed and they are looking for it. Josh drove me home in his personal vehicle. Called to update me Wed, Thursday and Friday. He had to order from a third party and wait until 9/18. On the call Friday, he also included that he was reaching out to Enterprise to get a rental! I picked it up that evening. Josh reached out with updates. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle on 9/23 after multiple delays! I am certain the rental cost more than the money cost for my vehicle to be fixed. I am eternally grateful for the small town service that Josh gave me in a an industry that can be known for taking advantage of female customers. I will never forget and will never stop talking about Josh at Firestone! Thank you for helping me to continue to my dreams of traveling the states!!

As someone who has had much work done at this location over the years since they opened their doors, I have to say these guys really are terrible with customer service and they are really not very competent. I highly recommend that unless you are desperate find a more reputable mechanic.

The Firestone Columbia East location provides above and beyond outstanding customer service! The staff takes care of you just like you are their family. I've been in tire situations out of town and gave them a call. Josh, not only helped to keep me calm, but he had me to email him pictures of my tires to help assess what level of damage was done and whether it was safe to drive. Hannah took the time to teach me how to check my oil levels. Both Tommy and Josh make sure that I get the best deal; and I always request Shawn to work on my car because he takes great care in making sure that I'm safe on the roads. These are the things that people do when they really care about their customers. There's a great level of trust here. I recommend all of my friends and family to go there.

I got such good customer service today. I had a blow out and thought I was going to need a new tire, which they had in stock, but $20 later I was on the road.
