Was supposed to be a good deal but first come first served and by the time I got there 4 hours, they had sold my tires. New ones cost the same prices as Everywhere else

I have NEVER been so calm about spending 624 dollars ANYWHERE! This company is family owned and very interactive with their customers. Alexis, her mother, father, grandma and all the other amazing, caring and down to earth employees are just hard working over all food hearted people. This building has changed owners and employees but, mostly family owned. Let's not even mention the fresh fruits and salsas granny makes. I totally traded no bake cookies for those fantabulous strawberries. There is a kids area with TV and toys. You can ask anything question about anything and IF they don't have the answer they'll find it. My car has never been worked on but by one shop (out of respect for these employees) I won't mention it! Just know this car isn't just mine but, it transports my 68 year old mother to drs apts, makes trips to NC to see my daughters in collage so, I need trust worthy mechanics and knowledgeful front desk people to help me make the best decisions for me and my family. I know without a doubt they would NOT send me away operationing a potentially deadly weapon of it wasn't SAFE! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else and Alexis is my daughter's name to but, for your safety call her Lexi lol. Thank you guys for all your help I even had another question and something to look at AFTER I paid and left and came back and they looked at it drove it, had me drive it just to make sure it was okay! Guys truly I believe we've found ourforever family/shop owners and employees to fill this building with knowledge and love with some respect and I adore them all which is hard to do.

I was passing through Columbia today and I hit a armadillo on the interstate and it torn up some plastic under the car and so I stopped on this place to get it fixed. The wonderful lady working the front counter was very nice and polite and friendly about it all and they fixed my problem fast and put me back on the highway fast. Thanks

I had pretty fast service, knowledgeable staff. Thorough service, they found a bad valve stem and a defunct TPM sensor. I'll definitely be going back.

This place in no way deserves ANY stars. Buckle in…We came in to get two tires for our 1974 camper, they went and got them from their supplier. Here were our issues: 1. Expect to work on your own vehicle when going here. They had my bf step back in the garage and assist with blowing up our tire that wouldn’t inflate. It almost took off his head with no warning. 2. I went to check the garage to see what was taking so long and noticed one jack resting on my thin, very OLD leaf spring, just the one. It was teetering on the jack and BENDING my leaf spring. I asked my boyfriend to mention it to them. My BF asked them if we can move another jack under to readjust the one resting on the leaf spring. Before we could do anything the employee walks over to the existing jack and DROPS MY CAMPER TO THE GROUND. My VERY old camper was being held up with one jack and had a missing tire. “Luckily” my boyfriend was UNDERNEATH IT, which held the weight off the AXLE. The employee fumbled around like an idiot before being able to even fix that problem. I was so infuriated we bought the tires and left to try Plaza right down the road. They set us up in less than 30 min.
This experience was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know how to use a jack properly, which almost damaged my camper permanently. The leaf spring is now bent. Avoid this location at all costs.
