They don't know how to treat a customer. Called to check on a specific brand of Vodka, & the woman answering the phone just said "Hello." Had to ask if this was Eagle Liquors to ensure I had the right place.
When I asked about that brand of Vodka, she was mumbling something all the way to the place where the Vodka was at.
Train your personnel better, so you don't run off potential customers.

My beer wheelhouse is very specific. EL has a better selection than most in town, especially on my side of town. I was looking for the SudWerks Märzen ale but found the Dos Equis Ambar Especial. Oh! And a Chardonnay ?

The refrigerators are not set cold enough. Although they do have my cold hard coffee... I just have to stick it in my fridge before I can drink it.
