Order 5 pairs of jeans online and after wearing them twice they all began to tear in the same back pocket stitching due to a factory defect. Never had this issue with carhartt before. Took them into the store and spoke with Molly. She did an amazing job, had a great attitude and refunded all of my money without question. Great experience dealing with her and the store. Highly recommend.

Customer service was also 5star. Recommendation for a coat I asked for was perfect for my needs for winter and I totally love the fit and how warm it keeps my body with out frigid temperatures here in our midwest state with snow!

The DUNGAREES Store located at 500 E Broadway, Columbia, Missouri 65201 is an absolute horrible business/store with lying, rude, awful, careless, and nasty employees.BEWARE: Dungarees Store hides behind the Amazon brand as a 'third party seller' to do their shady business schemes and transactions. After making a considerable dollar amount purchase, they carelessly and knowingly shipped my item in a way which I will never receive it. When I phoned and emailed them several times to make them aware of the problem, they ignored it. They never made an attempt to correct the shipping issue and ignored my numerous attempts to contact them.When I finally got in touch with a very rude employee named Elli at the Columbia Missouri store, she acted like she couldn't care less and hung up on me while explaining the problem. When I phoned back, I spoke with the Customer Service Manager named Sally. I mentioned to Sally that I wanted to speak to the owner of Dungarees, Mike McClung, about the problem. She acted as if he couldn't be bothered and refused my request. Sally made no attempt to resolve the shipping matter even though she realized I would NEVER receive my item due to the way Dungarees shipped it.I mentioned that I would file a complaint with Amazon Customer Service to report their sloppy and irresponsible way of doing business though Amazon, as well as contact American Express to instruct them to not to pay them for the item. I asked Sally numerous times to refund my credit card but she refused. When I mentioned to her that employee Elli (from the Columbia store) hung up on me, she actually said "Dungarees employees are trained to hang up on customers if they want to". Absolutely shocking to hear this statement from a Customer Service Manager.I have never received my item, nor has Customer Service Manager Sally and/or anyone at Dungarees ever made an attempt to refund/credit my American Express card. American Express does not tolerate this type of conduct from businesses. American Express and Amazon will be taking the appropriate action as per my request.Dungarees has a lot of similar negative feedback on the internet and for good reason. My advice to owner Mike McClung would be to wise up, refund/credit my account immediately, and to terminate Customer Service Manager Sally and employee Elli for running off good customers.

These guys have a moving team in their safe department that is TOP NOTCH. When I bought a safe there years ago, I learned about their service. I didn't need assistance at the time, but thought of them when it was time to move a very large family safe. Every aspect of scheduling and advancing with their team was efficient, professional, and friendly. When the Corey and Ben arrived on site, they moved the unit in under 25 minutes. They are clearly pros, and we were all super impressed. The family can't stop talking about their professional tools, great knowledge, and all-around awesome experience. Worth every single penny. Huge thanks!
