Usually enjoy shopping at the Center St. location, however today I ran into too many food products left on the shelf or in the refrigerator that were past their expiration or best by date. Items included bologna, cereal, pastries, cookies, and various canned goods. It was quite disappointing to find so much expired food stuffs still on the shelves and in refrigeration section. Time to do better or lose customers because of outdated items!

So they are supposed to close at 9pm got there at 8:52 and only needed to load cash to my card would have taken less than 2 mins but doors were locked. Shouldn’t surprise me though the staff at this location is always rude and acts as though you’re annoying them simply by coming into the store

The most friendly Dollar General I’ve been to. I live nearby and can walk to this location, so I’m probably at this store a couple times a week. Every employee is always nice and greets me. They have self-checkout which is great and if the line has more than a few people the staff is quick to open up lanes and get people on their way.

This is the best Dollar General in Columbia. Very clean. Always well stocked. Friendly staff. Their home decor section is amazing!

Super clean and organized location. Has everything you could need! Was super excited when it opened, as it meant it wasn't as far to drive if we needed something from the store. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
