We went to the Mens Suits Department at Dillards to look for a suit for my husband. The staff was very helpful with measurements etc. for a custom suit. Jerry Miller and the other sales associate was very helpful. Thank you for such personalized service.

No good general store at Dillard’s columbia . Customer services is bad and store , too . Complaining to the community here and files to columbia’s city hall about kids not alow to shop or walking over Dillard any more , many rule not file to the court, so many kids at community here want say general manager need resign. Thank you for big boss all the Dillard’s store !

me and my boyfriend just left this location about 5 minutes ago The employees in the store followed us around the whole time. We felt like we were being harassed and we are no longer comfortable shopping at this location. If we need something we will order it. I think you guys should do something about the employees and how they treat their customers because that was unacceptable, not to mention we went in there and spent $300 And got accused and followed the entire time until we checked out

When I walked in there was a lady asking if we needed help looking for something. She assisted in helping me find the makeup area. Emily in the clinique area did great in helping me find my perfect match for foundation and concealer. There was even a promo where I got a primer free for getting the foundation! Her service was wonderful, energetic, informative, and I learned so much. I will be back to visit her next time! So happy with my new look!

Lots and lots of pretty clothes and things, but I could not find anyone to help me. All of the fitting rooms were locked so I had to search the whole women's department to find someone to open the fitting room.

The men’s clothing department is 100x better now that they renovated and opened up the second location. They have brands and styles that I used to have to Nordstrom in St. Louis to buy. Excited that we finally have a nice men’s clothing store in Columbia.
