The staff and FNP at D&H are very helpful and knowledgeable. The FNP handled my vaccinations and other healthcare needs with care and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated all their help, they were able to take care of everything I needed.

I have found this pharmacy to be willing to go the distance to be helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional ..wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I use the Paris Rd. location all the time and every person that I've had the pleasure of meeting has been WONDERFUL. And then to take it a step futher I needed to have some much needed prescriptions today and delivery had ended for the day but a WONDERFUL young man Josh went out of his way after the store closed and personally delivered them.Thanks for the DEDICATION

Very nice staff. I use them for a knee scooter rental. Very reasonable rates for the rental, And the deposit is refundable.

D&H has a wonderful staff. The pharmacy goes above and beyond in delivering customer service. I appreciate the personal attention! It's nice to be treated as a person and not a number or a file.

Zero stars wouldn't be a sufficient rating for this place. They set me up on an auto script, I received messages for a couple months then one day they magically stopped. Didn't really matter because they were never ready when they said they would be anyways. I wanted to have a quick chat with the manager about this, who was extremely rude and told me that their system showed they had sent me numerous messages. Of course upon further inspection they had gone to the wrong number, so who knows what patient information was released there. No apologies, but they did tell me that since my script was over 700 dollars per fill that "she wouldn't keep it on the shelf if I wasn't going to pick it up." I have filled my scripts there monthly for over a year and there are several, pick them up every month too. After kindly requesting that my prescriptions be transferred elsewhere she became more rude if that was possible. Don't waste your time here. They aren't friendly, they aren't professional, and above all they don't care about your business.

Has the feel of a mom and pop shop. The store appears to offer everything that you could need over the counter and any prescription.Because it's a smaller store the prices are a bit Inflated...

D&H is amazing. They answer all questions thoroughly and make it as easy and cost effective as possible to get the prescriptions our family needs. Lisa with the synching is absolutely AMAZING and changing from a larger grocery store chain pharmacy where you are just a number to D&H was the bast thing we could have done for our family. So much stress has been relieved! Thank you Lisa and everyone at D&H Paris Road!

(I pickup for someone) Always a issue picking up prescriptions. Refill one to be ready due to being out and go to pick up they say insurance wont pay for it until tomorrow. Off course they close early because the holiday even though it dont state that anywhere but on the phone call. Go there to pick it up all but one employee just goofing off and could have called today and said it wont be ready. Now they are out of the medication until monday. Dont get sucked into their refill program. Usually on last day by time it is ready and your not always able to get there the same day its ready. Asked numerous times for it to be changed for a few days before which works for a month until they adjust it back.
