Brought my Great Dane here and when I came to pick her up staff and crew were really helpful with updating me on everything that happened during her stay. She’s usually very reserved and antisocial, and the staff made sure to get her exercise while also accommodating for it. When I checked her out, Regan was very friendly and detailed in everything, especially since I had never used Creekside for boarding before. Regan even offered to help carry stuff to my car. Extremely friendly service, and very accommodating to my dogs needs. Will def be back!

Creekside took great care of our dogs. Our dogs are both older and we were concerned about leaving them. They had wonderful facilities, sent correspondence and pictures, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. We felt much better having to leave them knowing they were in such good hands!

Creekside is the only place you should consider taking your dog for any boarding or daycare services. The staff is friendly and always attentive to my needs. Without Creekside, my dog would have no other option in Columbia for doggy daycare services. Creekside does not discriminate based on breed or other characteristics and welcomed my pet with open arms. You can feel confident your pet will enjoy their stay and be ready to go back!

Poorly ran, and dirty. When I came to drop off my dog the floors were disgusting and his room wasn't even clean and ready yet. And when I picked him up they didn't feed him the designated food I had labeled for him. Never bring your dog here

I have had my Australian Shepherd groomed here multiple times, it’s the only place in Columbia I trust with my furry friend. The staff is and always has been incredible, patient and are very serious about the pets in their care. We love the groomers and daycare!

I boarded my dog Ivy with Creekside for the first time recently, and while she was excited to see us when we picked her up, I don’t think she wanted to leave! She was there for 4 days, and we paid the extra money for her to do playtimes in their 2 acre dog park. I love this option because Ivy loves to run! I asked them to send me pictures of her during her playtimes and it looked like she was having the time of her life. We will definitely be back!

Creekside always takes such wonderful care of my dog. She’s very shy and I know boarding isn’t her favorite, but Creekside has been easy to trust with her care. I love that I am able to bring whatever I want to put in her kennel so that I can make it at homey as possible. I also love that they do a 9:30 pm potty break, just like I would at home.

I really hate having to board my animals, but Creekside makes it such a painless process! My cat, Oliver, has stayed with them a few times. He’s not the friendliest, but they still make sure to take the absolute best care of him. They even sent great pictures when I asked. Every time I have picked him up I have been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I also love their cat boarding room, and how they let cats out to play during the day.

Summer camp was incredible! Wish I could have been a fly (or flea?) on Trudy's shoulder to experience what she did ;-) The staff at Creekside Pet Center continues to amaze me with their creative activities and their management of all those dogs! Love this place, and so does Trudy!

We’ve been going here for over a year now. We really feel Creekside does the best job caring for our pups. We feel the cost and value of the services are appropriate. We appreciate that every employee seems to be held to a higher standard than other places & the employees are just great in general. Our dogs are happy when we drop them off and pick them up - and that means a whole lot more than our happiness with Creekside ever could ? we love the communication & how the staff always send us texts and pictures of our pups when we’re away! We also love sending our dogs for their daycare & their summer camp!

We absolutely love Creekside! Our boy Forest is always so excited to go to daycare. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They take excellent care of the dogs. We couldn’t ask for a better doggy daycare! Cannot say enough good things about the manager Emmy either. Great place!

We have been a customer for the last 6 years at Creekside and have loved every visit. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My dogs love them and I know they are safe and in good hands. I love all the activities that the staff plan and participate in with the dogs! We are very much loved by Creekside and the feeling is mutual!

We loved Summer Camp 2023! It was nice to have some added activities during day care to change things up for the pups! From painting to swimming to bubbles - it was awesome to wear Lucy out and she had a blast! We will definitely participate again!

We LOVE Creekside! And day camp was a WONDERFUL idea!! I only wish that they had day camp when my older dog was still able to go to camp as he would have loved it. Day camp unlike day care not only allowed them to play and interact but use their minds to do new and different things. My dog is young and very active, and she needs to use her mind to experience new and different things, which are great for helping young dogs become better pets. It gives them confidence, be less fearful, and just enjoying being out and doing more with their owners. And most of all day camp wore my puppy out both mentally and physically!! :-) And a tired puppy is a happy puppy! We hope they continue to do day camps with fun and educational experiences. GO CREEKSIDE DAY CAMPERS!!
