Scheduled a time to drop my car off and get a estimate and it was in 2 weeks from scheduled 2 weeks come around and I’m calling to let them know I’m dropping my car off now and all of a sudden they have never talked to me before and they are busy and I have the wrong place the owner I think has some sort of memory problem

Absolutely the best!!! After waiting months to fix my car, I got estimates from from four body shops in town, Cook’s beat everybody’s price! And they were kind to me. The service was better than anyone else’s and they worked with me— a student on a limited budget. When I went to pick up my car, I found that they actually did more work since they fixed some small dents and scratches for me without charging. I have a fairly new, luxury car and they did a brilliant job for a SUPER affordable price. Highly recommend.Services: Painting

I got three estimates for a recent minor accident and this dude was the cheapest. No frills shop and I was a little worried that since he was the lowest rate it might take longer, have supplements that ended up costing more, or would be poor work. Wrong on all fronts. Done in less than a week for the exact estimate given and it looks great! Don't hesitate to go to this shop over bigger names.
