Definitely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Came to them at 4:30 on a Thursday to diagnose a headlight problem and they immediately got me in when I told her I was from out of town. They ordered a part and didn't charge me for it when she found out the issue was actually in a different component, she even installed a trun signal bulb. They didn't charge me a single dime since no work was performed and no parts installed.
This would've been a 10 star review and breakfast or lunch delivered to them on Monday if I wasn't writing it from the lobby of the dealership. They failed to screw on my bottom engine splash shield which resulted in irreparable damage and parts hanging off my car.

The guys at Como are great. We blew our radiator hose on a quick trip from St. Louis to Tucson AZ. It could have a take a day or two to get it repaired at another shop but the guys at Como got us in and out in a couple of hours with no appointment. The best part is they were super fair on pricing. Linda has always done an amazing job at keeping my old car on the road and the guys that work on it seem to want to see it stay on the road too. Everyone knows I'm on a tight budget, and Everytime I think, this is it for the old girl, they seem to be able to find the parts and get it put back together at price I can't say no to.

I went to Como Auto today & I got excellent service!!! Their mechanics were friendly, very mechanically inclined,& had me in & out in about an hour. And my car was fixed! I will go to them for all my future Automotive needs!

From the second I called up here for a queot to the second I got to the shop they were all very professional and very knowledgeable! They were able to get me in same day! They also got me pulled in the garage within 5 mins of being here! The work was very professional and up to my standards I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done, for a fast and fair price!
