I took a check to be deposited for $6,000 through the drive-thru a week ago and the money has yet to show up in my account. They assured me it would be in the account before christmas. That is not happened and no one seems to know what happened to the thousand dollars. This is theft.

Very disappointed at the lack of empathy when I stopped in to check on my deceased family member's account in order to settle things. Might want to do some training to keep customers and get new ones.

I almost closed both my accounts because of this specific location but Davis at the 501 Broadway location is the only reason I still bank here and will continue to at that other location. Staff at this location are extremely rude.

I will always appreciate commerce for being my elementary school partner in education. Every Wednesday they would set up in the lobby of the school and take deposits, nd they gave me my first checkbook and register to keep track of my account. Learned a lot about banking thanks to them.

I am LIVID! I rarely slam a local business but this one deserves it! Commerce Bank's customer service is NON EXISTENT! I walked into the main branch today with a check drawn on their bank and they refused to cash it because I didn't have an account there and it was a sizeable check. When I offered to open an account to deposit the funds, they refused knowing I would close it again after this check cleared. The check is from a lawsuit and I don't trust the party involved to have the funds in there long enough for me to deposit it at my bank and send it to Commerce. To top it off there was not a vice-president or a president at the bank, they won't be back until Friday. Guess what folks? If you own a business you need to leave people in charge or have a little authority to do the right thing!

The personnel there have always been very friendly and helpful. Their interest is seeing that my banking needs are met as a service to me and not that I am just a customer to them.

They legitimately stole my money and claimed they "generously" refunded it. Absolutely rubbish. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
