ATM never works which is incredibly inconvenient since it’s the only one on this side of town. I’m getting real tired of spending $5 at other ATMs. Do better Commerce.

I have had decent experiences with this bank in the past and Michelle is an excellent help when I have worked with her. However they inexplicably close the lobby at various times and cannot provide information as to when the lobby will be open. When I go through the drive up window they tell me that they can’t help me with my business and to try one of the other locations. So what am I paying for? They have my money, there are employees in the building, but no one will work with me to address my banking needs. Very very frustrated

For The Flag On The Flagpole I'm Going To Ask And Recommend That The American 4th Of July Flag Gets Removed And Switched Over To The Green Flag With The Commerce Bank Logo Sign On It The Reason Why I Think It's A Better Recommendation Is Because It Represents Commerce Bank And The Business

I was just stalked by a Commerce manager, Barbara, for no reason. I went in Commerce bank at Nifong Rd. in Columbia MO and gave her an updated mailing address for me and as I left and went to the car I was driving (on a side street), I discovered (a few minutes later) that she had driven her car and parked it about 100 feet behind my car. I walked down the street and passed her car and saw her sitting in her car (parked behind the car I was driving) with looking at her phone (this was about 10:15 am) and when I went back to the car I was driving (which actually wasn't even mine) and got in -- when she immediately drove off and went back to the bank. I drove back to the bank and saw her car pulling in the bank parking lot and I went inside and asked if she was sitting behind my car and she said yes and said she was at lunch. No, she wasn't at lunch at 10:15 am nor was she eating in her car. She was clearly stalking me. She immediately followed me after I left the bank in her car and she did not get out of her car nor was she eating when I walked by her car (parked behind me) and saw she was in there. This was 10:15 am, not a lunch hour, especially since the bank doesn't even open until 9 am. I've not done anything wrong or inappropriate for her to act this way. I've written no bad checks and no overdraft fees, and this was ridiculous, unorthodox, sneaky and unprofessional -- and I'm sure even illegal to stalk someone. I closed my account and I will never do business with this woman or even Commerce bank ever again. This woman was not on her lunch. She actually followed me out of the bank right after I left and drove her car in the direction I was walking, to clearly see where I went and what car I was driving, not even caring that I saw her sitting behind my car (a few minutes later) and was aware she was following me. And why? There is something very wrong with this woman. She is sneaky, dishonest, not professional and I think someone should follow her and stalk her to see what other unorthodox and illegal things she does. I'm sure there are other things also. And she really is a manager?

As a customer, I went into this bank to report a new mailing address. I spoke with the bank manager, Barbara, who was nice to me. I told her (in passing) that I travel between Lawrence KS and Columbia MO, and she asked why. I didn't answer because it's none of her business but I wasn't disrespectful to her. After I left the bank about 10:15 am, I walked to a side street very close to the bank where I parked the car I was driving because there was shade there. The direction I was walking could be seen from the manager's office windows I later noticed. When I got to my car, I sat on a stone "wall" for a few minutes and I noticed a red SUV pulled up and parked behind my car, but about 100 feet from my car. For the exercise, I walked down the street, passing by this red car and I saw the woman from the bank who I had just spoke to 5-10 minutes earlier sitting in this car. I thought this was strange. I continued walking down the street and then walked back towards my car and I again noticed this bank employee sitting in this car, looking at her phone. I got into the car I was driving and as I did, this bank employee started her car and drove away, passing my car and she went back to the bank. I know she did because I immediately drove back to the bank and saw her parking her car in the bank parking lot, after which she went into a employee entrance into the bank. I went inside and asked this woman, the bank manager, if she was sitting in a car behind my car just now and she said yes and said she was at lunch, and then she immediately left her office and went elsewhere, I think to get away from me. It's obvious she was not at lunch sitting behind my car at 10:20 am, when the bank doesn't even open until 9 am. I noticed she was not eating in her car but only looking at her phone and she drove off as soon as I got in my car, with her only being there for about 10 minutes, just long enough to see what car I got into. I'm sure this woman had followed me out of the bank in her car and watched me and after she saw what car I got into, what she was looking to see, she immediately went back to the bank. I don't understand why this woman stalked me but I know she wasn't at lunch at 10:20 am when she was sitting behind my car. This is nuts. I closed my account after this and I'll never have anything to do with Commerce Bank again.

Barbara was an amazing help. I’ve never experienced such an outstanding display of excellent customer service. She was very personable and made me feel like my issue was her top priority. I’m very impressed!!
