We have been taking our dachshunds to R Veterinary for years. We have always received great and loving care.
Dr. Schwenn spends as much time with us as needed and truly cares!
We won't go anywhere else!

R Vet has always been accommodating for me and my pets. I love that anytime I have a concern, I can call and chat with their incredibly knowledgeable staff to make a plan for the best path forward. They are always understanding of my pets and their needs and go the extra mile for them. My dog, Honey, loves the staff so much that each time we go she would rather hang out there than go back home! By far the best vet clinic I have ever taken my pets to and I recommend R Vet at Columbia to ALL of my friends and coworkers when they need a place to go. Thank you all at R Vet for giving us your all!

This is the only vet office in Columbia I've been able to schedule with in any sort of quick fashion. I highly recommend them.

None of these vets can take a pet in on a walk-in. Even for people out of town.

We have been taking our dog to R Veterinary clinic since we moved to Missouri 3 years ago and we have always received great care. All our concerns have always been addressed. We would absolutely recommend them for all your pet needs.

Took my cat there yesterday for an infected gaping wound on his ear. His vitals and measurements we're taken by the tech. The vet didn't even clean his wound. He just got antibiotics and ointment. She told me to clean the wound at home with Dawn and water. $200 and she couldn't even clean the wound?!

These guys are understanding, affordable, accommodating and caring. They have looked after my cat for the last year and I have had positive experiences with their response times and treatment of mild urine issues of my male cat. I strongly recommend them!

The doctors go home early and I had an emergency. Told me to take my dog elsewhere during business hours. Called back and for the next two days they will still not have a doctor during the week. Do not recommend.

Friendly, affordable and caring. Dr. Schwenn and Lauren have been amazing to us and our pets. We have 9 pets and we needed someone who was calm and mellow and we found the perfect place. Our precious girl Diamond needed surgery and the staff was awesome to get her in just a few days later and she is recovering well.Everyone has been wonderful at R Veterinary. We will definitely refer friends to see them.

I have always been able to make appointments in a timely manner, they are always kind and friendly to me and always answer any of my questions regarding my dogs are my cats, they really seem to care! And their prices are not to Steep. I encourage anyone to go there.

With four animals, I'm kind of a "frequent flyer" at this office. As my oldest pup's arthritis has progressed these wonderful humans have been a godsend. We've become particularly fond of Lauren, who always patiently tolerates his stubborn moods (which he loves), and cares for him like he were one of her own (which I love). Honestly everyone who works here is amazing. The receptionists are always friendly and happy to accommodate the 8 million appointments I have to make. All the techs are knowledgeable and handle my babes with care. The vets are extraordinary, answer all my questions, and make sure I understand what's going on . I couldn't recommend this place enough and I'm so grateful for everything they do!
