Recently bought a brand new Odyssey from Columbia Honda and the whole experience was great. I talked with Tyler and Nick in sales and they made the buying process a breeze. I drove from the St. Louis area because none of the dealers near me would even come close to the deal Columbia gave me. If I’m ever in the market for another Honda I won’t even bother shopping around and will go straight back to Columbia.

Columbia Honda destroyed my vehicle!
I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from them back in 2021 with a power train warranty. The clutch went out on the vehicle and so they replaced it at no cost beyond my deductible.
Unfortunately, 2,000 miles later the vehicle will not go into gear or shift properly. The codes are all associated with the clutch and they will not have my vehicle towed to fix the issue.
I am going to be forced to have NO transportation for over 3 weeks as I wait for a local shop to get me in. I am going to someone local in Jefferson City to avoid paying hundreds in towing fees to get it back to Columbia.
These people SUCK

Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing on service/maintenance. I just moved to the area and used to get service at another Honda dealership, and they honored their coupon which I really appreciated. Their prices on services are overall better than the other competing Honda dealerships that I've visited. Only thing that would make it better is if they offered the free car wash with service like Frank Leta and Mungenast.

I would highly recommend working with Blake at Columbia Honda if you are looking to purchase a new car for yourself! My wife and I worked with Blake and purchased our first car together with the help from Blake. Blake was awesome to work with and was incredibly helpful. He answered any and all questions we had and I had quite a few haha. Blake went out of his way to make sure that were properly taken care of and satisfied with our purchase. I would highly recommend coming to Honda of Columbia to talk with Blake if you ever need a vehicle!

We were going to do business with Columbia Honda until they gave us a very obviously botched Carfax and lowballed us on a trade in that THEY had contacted US about. After speaking to their sales manager, Mike Miller, we were informed (in a not so timely manner) that they could not help us. Both Machen's and Drewing were completely opposite in their dedication to help. In less than 48 hours, we received over trade in value for our CRV (despite the false Carfax report) and my husband is happily driving his new Rangeline! No thanks to Columbia Honda. I'm considering having my vehicles serviced elsewhere now too.

I believe Columbia Honda has the best service department around. T.J. is top notch. Always polite, friendly & on top of his job. I will always take my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership & I will be buying my next vehicle from here as well because of the exceptional service we receive.
