The guy at the front desk was nice, I needed a first time inspection and of course there was some issues that needed repairing. But there prices for repairs and labor are way over priced. Over a thousand for ball joint and brakes and rotors turned. Claim they have to do a front end alignment which is a lot more money. Myself I can't afford those sky rocket prices. I'm not loaded with money like others may be. Need to find a mechanic that's reasonable I just moved here so it's not been easy.

Car was brought in for a starter replacement on a dodge they quoted $628.00 ($301.00 for starter?) and the rest for labor when only paying $220.00 for the labor because I purchased the part at AutoZone before going and when the car was returned there is now a terrible grinding noise when starting the car that was not ever there before and they claim it’s “just the starter is bad “ I have a hard time believing that considering I purchased with warranty and knowing they will charge more to put in back in the shop I am left feeling beat by this place and would hate for anyone to experience this

Today my wife was on her way to pick up our son from school and unfortunately had a tire blowout. She pulled off the road, walked over to Columbia Car Care, the staff were so kind and respectful to her. They grabbed the aircompressor truck, changed her tire and had her back on the road in 15 minutes and they didn't charge her a dime. And she was on time for school pick up. As a husband I'm grateful for their kindness, as a consumer they've earned our future business. Thanks everyone!

Professional reasonable mechanics with care. I would like to thank them for getting me out of a tight spot when I broke down in the middle of the night my only ride to work and reasonable competitive rates I'm still pleased with their work and care of my situation. I hope next time it will be an appointment. They probably do too.

They assumed I abandoned my vehicle after two weeks of them telling me the engine was bad. They had it towed and impounded. Now my van and all my company tools are gone. They said they called and they did not. So NO, I do not recommend you do buissness with these people

If any of y'all are in search of a car mechanic, please consider giving your business to the folks over at Columbia Car Care. We had a dashboard light come on recently and were mentally bracing ourselves for the cost of getting whatever it was fixed as soon as possible. They ran all the tests and let us know everything was actually okay and we did not need to buy any new parts right now. They could have easily gone ahead charging us whatever for needless services but were extremely professional and honest. Also, their prices are great, we get our routine check ups (e.g., oil, air filter, tires) done here!10/10, would recommend.Services: Tires
