I'm not a "joiner" but after my introductory period was over (something offered when they first opened) I bought a full membership. I mean unlimited washes? The service team is great and my vehicle has never been cleaner or happier.....living on gravel we always said it was gravel dust grey, now we can see the real cover a lot more often.

Be very careful using this service. About two months ago my car being washed at this location. A few days later, almost a week really I realized that my car had been scratched, the paint had been completely peeled off. At first, I thought someone had hit me in the parking garage but the location is a very difficult place for another car to cause the damage not to mention there was no drag or streak marks across the car, which would indicate a car had caused it. I then remembered I had heard a “thump” while at having my car washed and realized the damage had occurred at the car wash. At that point it had been almost a week and I couldn’t remember what day I had gone in, or timestamp to review the cameras, as I had just popped in at some point while doing errands which was really frustrating. I stopped going to that location This last Monday due to time constraints I went in to get my car washed, this location is closer to my job and again heard a thump that shook my car. I went home and I looked my car over and sure enough at the exact same spot as the last one There was more damage so fresh that the paint was curled up. The damage was larger and very visible now at a casual glance.I immediately went in and I showed them the damage explained the two incidences and they are denying any fault. Saying that they reviewed their cameras and that I came in with pre-existing damage. Of course, pre-existing damage that was caused previously by your shop. I suggest that if you use this place check your car over thoroughly after EVERY wash especially on the right side. There is something in their car wash that is sharp enough to peel the paint right off.

My back windshield wiper got broken off when I went through this car wash and they said they were not liable because my car was over 7 years old. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Allowed me to keep my legacy subscription with my new vehicle for the original price I’ve had since they opened. I appreciated the call to talk it through with the manager and their team! Great work and it is by far the best chain of all them out there.

By far my favorite location in town! The people are what keep me coming back here over all the other locations. You can tell management does a great job with their employees, as they are always ready to go with a smile on their faces! They were also extremely helpful and understanding when I vacuumed up my spare house key, saving me from making a trip to the store for a copy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I definitely recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone who needs a good car wash with some excellent service. They always get my car sparkling clean. I’ve tried the other locations, but this is hands down the absolute best car wash in Columbia. You can tell that management takes pride in ensuring that their customers have the best experience possible. There is never a hassle when I come here. The workers are so nice and friendly and don’t mind explaining the different memberships that are available. 10/10

Every time I visit I see the staff members enjoying their time. They seem to really enjoy their job. My car always comes out looking its best like I just bought it feeling. What really surprises me is that I even see the manager come out and join the staff members with their work. He comes out to help them when it gets busy. I think his name was Monte. He took the time to chat with me a bit while I was waiting and was doing so to the next person. I think that was very sweet. He explained the services they offer and helped me choose the right one for my car. My car tends to get sticky pollen on the top and the front pretty heavy. I enjoyed my experience here and plan to come back the next time I am through.
