Jack at the wood rail location is the man ! I had an issue with my account and he went above and beyond to help me resolve , love doing business with this bank , this branch, and the people here !

This is a complaint against your comercial loan officer Megan C, who used to work as a senior loan officer for Veterans United Home loans, before she started with you in November 2022. In October of 2021, my husband and I decided to do a refinance on our loan to buy down the interest on our mortgage. When Megan C, gave us the numbers on what our new payments would be, my husband noticed that the payments were very low like $600+ low, he called the loan officer to confirm that all fees were added to the closing costs, she said yes even though my husband gave her a full break down of what our property taxes were and our homeowners insurance fee are along with loan. She still said everything is added, my husband called her again because it was not adding up. She still said everything is ok. In December of 2021 we get our first bill and we again question the payments, my husband having experience on the matter asked me to call her and reaffirm that the payments included the property tax fees, and the homeowners insurance fees, and again she said yes. Then November of 2022, the bank added $12000 to our escrow because she along with the whole underwriting department did not see that the fees were not added. Megan C, mistake has damaged our credit, because her ex employer took the payment added them to the money they now want. So they took our mortgage payments from December of 2022 on as partial payments and reporting that we are late 30 days late twice. So I hope you keep an eye on Megan because she makes big mistake that can make your corporation look bad.

I do not recommend going here to bank. I set up an account that was supposed to be free checking. Clearly it's not free as they signed me up for max benefit. I vaguely remember the clerk Monica Young saying I needed this feature for online banking but was assured I'd still have free checking. They illegally closed my account multiple times without notification. I never received this letter they say they are legally required to send. I've been charged over 215$ in fees and closures from them over drafting my account. The fees sporadically show up on my banking app. And only show after my account is below 50$. I'm not the breadwinner in my family I just have an account to bank when I need to and I explained this when I signed on. It has been an all around headache. When I need my account opened back up they require me to send info on exact amount of deposit to make sure it's even worth it to them to open the account and the exact day it is to be deposited. Terrible bank if you do not have a surplus of cash flow coming through they do not care. Another bank taking money from low income accounts. I am closing my account and going back to a credit union who will help me actually maximize my money not play with me.

The people at Central Bank are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I was in the drive through and Alexis was at the window and helped me download the app to see my banking from my phone. She took her time to explain everything to me step by step and was very helpful and kind. I know I that my money is always safe when it is at Central Bank!

In the modern banking world, where new online-only banks are changing the game by offering amazing customer experiences and top-of-the-line support, this bank is stuck in the past... Specifically underwhelmed with Adam, a banker at this location, who would rather preach and up-sell, than consider my concerns and solve my problems. 2/10 on a good day.

You literally cannot do anything with this bank outside of business hours, when people are normally at work.

A example of Excellent Customer Service!!!! Adam Bozek is the best, he treated me like a person, not just a number on a computer screen. It is really hard to find people in customer service roles who are willing to take the time to listen to what you have to say, and proactively try to help. He went above and beyond to get my inquiry resolved in a timely manner. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he explained everything to me and took time out to make sure to answer all of my questions, and to make sure I understood everything that was being said, that man deserves a raise! Beyond Adam the entire staff at this branch are top notch. For example, There was a little girl at the teller window with her mother, and she wanted a s****** One of the unoccupied tellers offered her a s****** The little girl graciously took the s****** but politely asks if she can have a pink one, "Bubble Gum" the little girl said ecstatically. The Teller promptly stepped away from her window to look in the back for a bubble gum flavored s***** for the little girl. Within a brief moment she emerged with the bubble gum flavored s***** for the little girl. This is a sign of Great Customer Service. The young lady didn't have to stop what she was doing to find the little girl a bubble gum flavored s****** but she did, and that needs to be commended. I will purposely drive out of my way to do my banking at this branch from now on. They are worth the trip. To get treated with respect and true courtesy is priceless. A++++ to the Woodrail Central Bank!
