Does not answer phones sent over from their own switchboards.I was only calling to find out information so I wasn't wasting people's time regarding the presence of a notary (because they aren't always present), but it looks like picking up the phone isn't part of the customer service at this branch.I was disconnected twice and their switchboard operator indicated that they did not have a direct line so I had to call and wait for them to pick and then be transferred.

Friendliest and most helpful experience I've had at a bank even though I came in right before closing and told them it would be fine if they couldn't get to me.

I have a small bank not located in Columbia, so I frequently visit other banks to utilize their ATMs.. which was the purpose for my most recent (and last) visit. Not only is there a $5 service charge for non-members (I do understand it is the organizations choice to charge whatever fee they like) but that is STEEP. Also, while using the ATM, the audible beeps that activate when it’s time to remove your card or when the cash is dispensing, are UNBELIEVABLY loud. There’s nothing like going to an ATM to discretely get some cash and the businesses across the street can hear when you’re pulling cash out. Will not be returning.

Normally they're okay besides every so often having technical issues; but yesterday I went in to cash bonds I'd had for 22 years, and the teller, a white guy with sandy brown hair, told me he would much rather I came in tomorrow so he could train his new employee.I don't know what etiquette he's been taught, but it was unprofessional and inappropriate for him to ask if I could change my schedule for his sake. He literally sat there for 5 minutes trying to convince me. I lied and said I had anoter one I'd bring just so he would do it and lete leave.

As someone who was not well versed on how to build my credit, I can not understate how valuable the employees at this bank have been to me. They have been nothing but patient, professional, and incredibly helpful the whole way through. And I love their app and all the benefits that come with their checking account.

We transferred our accounts from Simmons (previously Landmark) due to no longer liking Simmons bank and their poor customer Service Skills. I talked with Mary Ropp and she got everything set up so we could go in and talk with someone, we worked with Danielle Doppler. She (and her team) is amazing, Danielle made it a very easy process and have has been there for every question and concern we have had. We have been with them 2 months now and I highly recommend Central Bank. Thanks Danielle Dopler for all of your help. You deserve a raise and a promotion.

I informed them of fraudulent charges to my account well in advance because I suspected the account had been compromised. They did norhing with the information resulting in a negative balance of 500 dollars. When I was in a stable enough financial position to fix the issue i returned and management refused every attempt I made to find an agreeable situation. I offered a payment plan. I offered taking partial responsibility for the defaults and no matter what they refused to be helpful.

Best group of professionals I've had the pleasure to work with. Danielle, Ashley, Grant, Janet, Steph, and Bri are always happy and willing to help. Most bank products are the same; the difference is in the people! If this was a sitcom from the 1980's, it would be Cheers, where everybody knows your name.

I was treated like a idiot and whoever worked on 8/27/2019 a short curly haired woman is very snide and acted like she has problems ! ! Very strange and very uncomfortable is how she made me feel ! Bank is on Rangeline St Columbia MO.
