Anytime you make an online purchase (EVEN IF ITS FROM A PLACE YOUVE PREVIOUSLY ORDERED FROM) make sure you don't do it when the bank is closed. They will almost always freeze your account and you can't get them to take it off until the next business day. BUT when someone does steal your card and it's super obvious they don't catch it. Highly recommend US Bank they have overdraft forgiveness along with so many other perks I'm switching soon.

I was on hold for 45 minutes today and no one called me back ! I’m so upset because you can’t talk to a person you asked for! This bank has gotten too big ! No customer service at all! I could teach you customer service! You don’t treat your loyal customers like this ! They don’t matter anymore! I have been with your bank for years and have never been treated like this before ?. Very upset with your customer service and I want this sent to the President of the Bank! He needs to know ! Connie Mauller

Went to this branch to make a deposit first. Teller was polite and helpful. Then talked to Claire D about opening a savings account for my minor son. She was very helpful and got the job done. She was nice and funny. Also: We were offered a drink several times. Hand sanitizer was on Claire's table. Note: No employees wore masks.

Poor experience with this bank. Customer service was very unreasonable. Mortgage Dept would not even work with me to set up a letter of recommendation. My Fico score is close to 850 and they would not give me the time of day. Very disappointing experience.

My family has been banking with Central Bank since it opened It's first bank in downtown Columbia MO. That's at least 4 generations now. They are a great Bank, that's why we have supported them so long.

Staff is not understanding and treats their customers poorly. When asked for the number to the branch manager she handed me the regular number to the bank. Like I don't know the number to my own bank.
