3 separate times now over the last few months I've ordered a specific pizza and the automated system tells me that they have the Canadian bacon pizza and it accepts the order then they don't have it. It's not a complicates request.

Had a coupon for a free large. The coupon doesn’t expire until the 31st. Followed the rules of the coupon and told them over the phone we had it the coupon. Went in to pick up our pizza with coupon in hand. The guy didn’t scan the coupon. Ripped it up and said our coupon had been ‘comprised.’ I supposed our coupon was apart of the CIA or something. Very odd.

I've been a big caseys pizza and donut fan for many years. This location is the one you want for pizza and donuts. It has consistently had the best core staff and final product for a very long time.

I ordered extra cheese. Did not get it and called the store. The person who answered just said “yes you did”. My husband who picked it up did not know I had ordered extra cheese and since they were running late he watched the pizza being made. The one before ours got extra cheese, ours did not. This is a $2 problem which I won’t pursue. But heads up, make sure the pickup person knows what was ordered and checks it at the store.

I mean there’s not a single point in ordering ahead when they start the pizza five minutes after it was supposed to be done. If you have kids in the car or are any sort of time limit just go somewhere else. Curbside pick up is also definitely not going to be a thing here so just take that off the website. The cashier also had me pick up paper off the floor so she could “see what it was”. It’s extremely poorly ran but whatever.

I just have to say thank you! Another of your locations made a big mistake with my online order for Christmas and refused to fix it or help, but you guys, even being busy yourself and short staffed made it happen for me so I could feed my staff working on Christmas. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

Ordered a pizza and brownie bites and paid by cc online. Received a phone call shortly thereafter notifying me that there were out of the ingredients to make the pizza I ordered and they were out of brownie bites too. I requested that they just cancel my order and refund my cc. The employee then stated that he nor anyone other employeee could do that. I asked that he call his manager to figure out to do it and he replied that the manager was off duty and wouldn't answer their phone. To say that the customer service I received was dissatifying doesn't come close to how I felt. Hopefully Casey's Headquarters can do a cc refund!

Their canned drinks are usually dirty so you have to wipe them off before drinking. Their prepped hot food is usually burnt. I don't know why I keep visiting. I think that's going to change.
