“Our first time doing a rental on our own. Auggie put on our rental agreement that the tank was full, but it was not. It was three quarters full. He asked if I wanted them to fill it up, and I said no. He should have documented that I said no. I made sure to have the same amount of gas as I got it, three quarters full. Brady, whom we returned the vehicle back to, was very helpful and nice. We got a Chrysler Voyager. Nice ride for a family of 6. All our luggage fit into the back, which surprised me.”

“Joe Machen East Collision Center has provided me with the highest quality service regarding my 2021 Honda Civic.The first time someone had hit my car and broken off the side view mirror. The second accident was more serious with damage to the drivers side quarter panel and rear bumper and taillight. Also there as some additional damage once the quarter panel was removed.About a week after I got the car back I noticed some scratches on the inside drivers side door. Being the hot head I am I want back and demanded to see someone. Joel Swartz who I had worked with me was out for lunch. Matt Weldon the Manager came out and went over the damage. He said was unsure how they could have caused the damage but that he wanted a happy customer and they would take care of it.After thinking to over it became clear to me that they did not cause that damage. A few days latter when I came in for the repair, I apologized and offered to pay. Joel told this to Matt and while they accepted my apology refused to allow me to pay. In addition, Joel did some touch up work on my front bummer and again refused to charge me.The did an excellent job on all of the work. For that alone they deserve 5 stars. Given my behavior as a "difficult" customer I would give them 10 stars.”

“Very conveniently located in the building next to the terminal (inside the old terminal) I got in late but was able to get into a car in about 10 mins. Options were a bit limited that day but everything available was an upgrade! The girl at the counter was friendly and got me in and out quickly - same with drop off.”

“The attendant was very helpful and friendly. I had car issues on my way back to Kansas City where I rented the Nissan Rogue. It was close to closing time and he listened to the issues, checked the fix and even gave me advice on what happened that caused my issue. Would use this Hertz in Columbia, Missouri for car rental.”
