“Had some repair work done after a raccoon collision. Stu and the rest of the staff that assisted were extremely helpful. They kept me in the loop through all processes of the insurance claim repairs, and they even went above and beyond to correct an issue with a malfunctioning part that had been installed during the original repairs, at no cost to me and in an extremely timely manner. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed they even cleaned my floor mats and light-detailed the interior! I highly recommend this shop for any repairs!”

“I last minute decided to book a rental car for a trip I was taking to Ohio. I booked online the day before with Hertz because they had the best price. I arrived early on day of pickup and was upgraded to a larger SUV because they didn’t have any smaller on the lot. They were able to get me in & out on the road quickly! The car was wonderful (and new) and made my trip extremely smooth and easy! I will definitely rent from Hertz again in the future.”

Can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was African man, he was extremely helpful, professional and courteous and very friendly, my wife and I had Great service with this guy on check in and return of the vehicles. I did not have one problem at all. Thank you very much for the hassle free services (vacation), that definitely helped start our vacation off RIGHT!!
