“Had some repair work done after a raccoon collision. Stu and the rest of the staff that assisted were extremely helpful. They kept me in the loop through all processes of the insurance claim repairs, and they even went above and beyond to correct an issue with a malfunctioning part that had been installed during the original repairs, at no cost to me and in an extremely timely manner. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed they even cleaned my floor mats and light-detailed the interior! I highly recommend this shop for any repairs!”
“Excellent experience with United Access!
My wheelchair ramp on my van totally stopped working and I took it to United Access. The problem was obvious -- basically, the motor was shot and Scott figured it out right away. It was late in the day on Thursday, so it looked like even with expedited shipping, the part we needed would not get to us until Monday and I would be without a van until Monday/Tuesday. The short version of the story is that Scott really worked it, got a part in by Friday/the next day (miracle?) and called me to pick up my van with a working ramp. I could not be more happy with United Access!”
“It was a busy morning and all the staff seemed to be working as professional and proficient as possible to get clients into their rental cars. I got in mine pretty fast and was out the door. My car was clean and worked out very well for my trip. I’ll definitely be going back when I need to rent another vehicle in the future.”

“Had a terrible experience with Hertz in the DFW airport. Horrible customer service and a disgusting car for which they had nothing to replace it with. When we arrived in Missouri they were amazing! Did everything they could to make it right. Hershel was great to deal
with initially-then Anthony was amazing! He made sure our story/pics went to the right people up the later. They were generous in how they handled the situation and did the right thing. Going the extra mile , Anthony followed up with us weeks later to make sure we’re knew the outcome and were satisfied. Great Hertz location in Missouri!! Saved our return business as we never planned on using Hertz again.”

“My husband had booked a car for me to pick up and I had some issues with checking in, but the owner was so helpful and so polite. He made sure he did everything he could to get me the things I needed. He was going through something personal with a family member in the hosptial but he made sure he took care of me and went above and beyond. I had a very great experience. He even gave me an upgrade.
