The guy who help me check out the rental vehicle last Aug. 11, 2023 is rude. He was bragging that he is the owner when I asked for his name because of his rudeness. He needs to hire a customer oriented employee if he wants to get return customer because I'm not coming back to budget rental car. He even embarrassed me infront of my wife when I have questions about the rental policy. He treated me like a scam bag telling me at least 5 ltimes to return the van clean. He later apologized, but the damage was done. Never, never will I come back to arrogant customer service guy in this place. Assuming he is the owner, you need customer in your business.

The staff there is top notch. They are so warm and welcoming, the turn around time is quick and the cars are always in perfect condition. This is my preferred rental location.

Wonderful experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle. We had to make our reservation on short notice and when we arrived, we were given an upgrade for free because the one we had reserved wasn't available. The owner made sure we were satisfied and picking the car up was a smooth, fast and easy process.The vehicle was in wonderful condition and we had no issues at all. Drop off was the same. I was greeted by the friendly owner and he made sure everything went well and once again everything went smoothly. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much for a wonderful and hassle free experience!

Reserved a full size truck for a move out of state. When I got there only thing available was a midsize pickup. What's the point of reservations if they aren't going to be honored? If the vehicle isn't available then don't list it or pick up the phone and call to let me know so I can make other arrangements. Plain lazy.

The arab guy that dealt w my elderly mom today was extremely rude.Would not allow her to pay full amount w cash.They do not tell u bring a credit card at all.He didnt offer her any options at all!!After,my mom tried every dif way to possibly pay we finally left.He does not deserve to be in a job where hes constantly dealing w customers.Very poor service.Wouldnt allow even any bathroom for her to use.After two hrs of putting my mom thru hell .I finally arrived!!This rental car business isnt even worthy of one star!!Biggest j*** ever!!Will be calling better business bureau.

I will never rent a car from Budget again. I was charged $210.76 for an hour late delivery of the vehicle!! Totally absurd!

I rented via Priceline for the weekend. Picked up the car and it was smaller than advertise, the car was dirty, and it only had 1/2 a tank.After I rented the car, I was warned by several people that this location was known for being shady and for charging bogus fees so I checked my account.Then they charged me $179 in "fees" for cleaning and not returning with a full tank.I am currently disputing with Budget, Priceline, and my bank.

I prepaid online the day before my rental and when I got to the location, they wanted another credit card to use for a hold . When i gave them another card, I was told they don't accept visa cards from Credit1 company. I was not told why. I was just handed the number to call budget to cancel my reservation. I had arrived an hour early and was told my car wasn't ready so this is after sitting there an hour as well. What a terrible experience. I called Credit1 and told them and they were shocked and said their cards are accepted everywhere. In addition, they allowed the person in front of me to use a company card that did not even have the persons name on the card. I will never go to this location again.What a disappointing customer service experience.~May God provide them with more wisdom in going forward~

By far the BEST car rental experience I have ever had. We unexpectedly had to rent a car while on vacation and stumbled upon Avis. We walked in without a reservation and walked out with a nice, clean car in ten minutes. Mr. Abdi was so nice and you can tell he really cares about providing great customer service. This location has many different types of cars to pick from and Mr. Abdi is very fair in his pricing. I really appreciate how friendly he was and the ease of renting. Thank you so much!

The absolute worst place to rent a car. Stick to Enterprise or another reliable agency.They will charge you a $50 fee to cancel, even if it is days in advance of your reservation, regardless of circumstance. It’s also nearly impossible to speak to a live person.

Abshir was amazing!!! He was so kind and went over and above to make sure we got what we need. This was my first time renting a car from budget and I will always come to this location whenever I come to town. Give him a raise! :-)
