Can’t say enough amazing things about Buchroeders Jewelers and specifically Seth! I just picked up my 3rd custom piece today and wow did they nail it! Seth was amazing to work with (as he always is) making the process seamless and enjoyable! He truly does care about his customers throughout the entire process and beyond! The ring is stunning and I couldn’t be happier. Also an extra shout out to Jesse who’s sized my new bands that went along with the custom ring in about an hour and he always takes care of my pieces and does a great job always in the care and maintenance of my jewelry! I will most certainly be back (again)! Thank you Buchroeders!

I personally love the earring options they have! There is so many to choose from and made my decision very hard! They also have lovely engagement rings, along with many other fine jewelry. The customer service here is also very refreshing and welcoming. Was greeted and asked what I was in there for and received help.

Such a good experience! We worked with Adam to create a custom engagement ring…Adam’s knowledge and experience was so present the entire time we were working to design the ring. He was able to use my inspiration image and accommodate my requests to create a 3D rendering of what the ring would look like. He gave me the design freedom while providing helpful advice such as advice on the structural integrity of the ring & what diamond shape would look best. Adam responded quickly to my text messages and kept the timeline of completion spot on. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to design custom jewelry!

This is THE PLACE to get your jewelry! They helped my husband custom design my ring, and did a great job. Everything I have from Buchroeders is high quality, and they offer free cleanings! It is nice to just be able to walk in at any time and get my ring cleaned. I recommend Buchroeders to everyone!

I consistently have excellent experiences at Buchroeder’s jewelers. Today was one I was particularly nervous about. I brought in my late father’s watch to have the battery replaced. While it may not be a precious timepiece, it is precious to me. I worked with Adam and he had it handled quickly and with so much kindness. Every time I go in, I am reminded how lucky we are to have such a fine jeweler in our hometown.

I've gotten several pieces from here over the years and my expectations are always exceeded. The quality is exceptional and Adam, in particular, provides stellar service. I can even drop in for a watch adjustment or cleaning and am always made to feel welcomed and valued, even if I'm not making a purchase. Great customer service!

Buchroeders has a phenomenal team and each team member has always gone above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I were happy with the products and the service provided. Tommy has helped me out the last couple times I have been there and I couldn’t say better things about him! 10/10 would recommend going to see him at Buchroeders or any of their other great staff!

Excellent, high quality selection of jewelry. I bought my 13-year-old son a silver chain here after he set a meet record in his age group in the triple jump. It is quiet and not noisy like some other jewelry stores. The staff are professional, and will even offer you coffee, beer or water while they're serving you. If you are seeking high end quality merchandise in Columbia, I recommend. You will be supporting a family-owned business, which is important in the precious jewels sector.

I’ve been buying jewelry here for 12 years now….well my husband has ?. My wedding ring was designed here, there’s earrings, bracelets, etc. I love the quality of their jewelry. Everyone that I have ever worked with has been knowledgeable, professional and really nice. I recommend them to my family and friends. We really enjoyed our morning with John Hollembeak. We brought in a family heirloom to be reset, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He showed us several options to help us come up with the perfect setting to update our Diamond. He’s an excellent listener and true professional.
