Outstanding customer service. I’ve had very good experience with Bright City Lights as I always prefer to support small business rather than the big box places (including the big online stores). I’d much rather work with small local businesses. With that said, each time I need lights or design help the staff here has been super helpful with suggestions and personal attention. The owner Zach is great and sales team always friendly. Highly recommend.

I had the worst customer service in my life! I ordered 3 lights on Fri and Saturday we got an email it was back ordered until August. It didn't work for me so I went in on Mon. To order something available instead. The woman with blond hair was very rude. She informed us she could not help us as she had an appt and she was the only one there. It was 10:30 in the morning and she was eating when we arrived. She then informed us she doesn't work on commission which told us she did not care if she made a sale or not. I got my $650 refund and left. I will never go there again and I cannot recommend it.

Great shop. I only needed a couple of type B bulbs for a lamp. Guy there knew before I even finished my questions. Plus, it's a local shop... Always "shop small" when you can. Let's keep the money in the community. I'd gladly pay a few cents more (I actually don't know what other prices were.... Just saying) They do have a couple of really great pieces that has me considering changing/updating the lighting in my home. This is where you want to go.

Outstanding service. We bought out lights and ceiling fans when we built in 2019. Anytime we have questions they still pull up our account and give us the information we need. Today I asked about our motion lights outside, Zach answered everything I needed, gave me the model numbers, a direct phone number to customer service. When our big ceiling fan stopped working, I forget your name, but she helped us get a new fan for free. I will recommend Bright City Lights in Columbia to everyone who is looking. Thank you BCL for everything.

Stopped in to look for copper/bronze parts to finish a lamp I was building. The staff went out of their way to help me. I will definitely shop with them in the future.

I would highly recommend Bright city lights. We ordered two ceiling fixtures from them, had a small problem with one of the boxes that they came in and they made it right immediately. I didn’t have to complain,I simply told them what happened and they said “oh let me take care of that”. I won’t ever buy light fixtures anywhere else

Just when I’d given up on finding something to replace the ‘temporary’ (installed 17 yrs ago) light fixtures in our bathrooms, we went to Bright City Lights to find light fixtures for a different room.. I found this ‘infinity’ light! Everyone was helpful, especially Becky, with no pressure.

Wonderful customer service!!!They did not have what I was looking for (no one does really; it’s pretty foreign) but they did their best to help me search for what I need and event sent me a link to help expand my search! Their store is super cute and very welcoming! I will definitely be going back to look for more accessories from them! Thank you ladies!!!
