I wish I could give it a lower score. I’ve been in here almost a dozen times now hoping that different crews or different times a day would have a different result. But I was wrong! This place is straight trash, no matter what time you go. Every person that works here is rude and inconsiderate and lazy and that’s being nice. Nothing is ever stocked properly. There’s always some kind of spill on the floor somewhere and all the fountain sodas are always out of syrup. Even after I told them, they just said OK and went back to talking like I had my nerve for interrupting. Been here three days in a row, and the soda machines still aren’t working and neither are the employees. I will be traveling much further away from my house to go to a different Breaktime just to avoid this place.

i’m so sad to leave such a low review and I definitely would not be leaving review if this had only happened once but its happened multiple times when I go into this Break Time. I go to this specific break time multiple times a week at the same time and almost every day it’s the same lady working who is just so rude. She pretty much refuses to check me and other people out and once yelled at us and told us to use the self check out. She gets frustrated when I ask for help on the self check out because using my time rewards is different than regular check out. i’m still not quite sure how to do it. She has been rude multiple times and even mocked me and I am just very surprised because every other Break Time I’ve went to in Columbia has had really nice employees and I’ve had a great experience so this is surprising.

Pulled up to gas station at 11:40 and told they were closed but the girl had her boyfriend in the store with her and the real reason she wouldn’t help me was because she had pulled her drawer already trying to rush out of there with the boyfriend 8-30-2023

I will never go to this gas station again. After attempting to pay twice with a strange error message, I went inside to see if I could figure out what was going on. upon asking the tenant said she had no idea what was wrong. instead of offering to solve the issue or trying to help me pay inside she just repeated herself acting like she could care less. I then went across the street to Phillip 66 and using the same card had no issues. They lost my money forever.

First off the breaktime area manager Cathy seems to be telling the story wrong on why I was let go and didn’t tell the story straight now telling customers is very unprofessional. They will work you long hours with people who don’t even want to work and the pay is not that great. Store always never opened on time or closed early I hope they can turn the store around for the better good which includes stocked coolers opened on a timely manner and fresh food and stocked food

The cashier Thought he would get a little extra money and try to short changing me when I gave him a $100 bill. He tried to give me $5 less, didn't give me a receipt nor did he tell me how much the drink was supposed to cost. Nice drive buck-o! Won't be back again.

They have changed their hours and seem to always be closed by 9:00pm. I usually get my gas there to receive 5¢ off per gallon for being a rewards member. I am paying cash 4/5 times, and when paying at the pump is the only option....

Quite a few times, this location has closed the store very early. Sometimes 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm etc.. I thought they were closing at 11 pm?? I like the employees but thus is a place of business and I'm not sure how the store is still functioning. Loss in sales I imagine, down Loss in customer count per day, down! This is really ridiculous. When one worker doesn't shoe up, everyone appears to be to tired to work that shift or split it! I will be contacting corporate unfortunately... Its 8 am today and this location is closed. Garbage cans at the pumps are over filled!! Where is the responsibility here? Is this place of business shutting down permanently??

Was not very busy. Just got gas using my credit card. Only problem was that was not able to get a copy of my receipt as either the printer on the pump was out of paper or printer was broken!

I left the 66 across the street from breaktime on nifong due to poor customer service. And for awhile its been great, no complaints. But recently I've noticed that 2 times so far, there has been a rude cashier at this location. She's in fact working right now. When I ask her the price of something, she literally said she didn't know the price and it was clear that she wasnt even going to attempt to check the price until I spoke up and ask her to do so.. Then a gentleman came in for something & she was on it. I dont know why she acts this way toward me as I havent given her any reason to do so. But I wish it would stop or I won't be returning.. I get it that some customers can be difficult but from the perspective view, some retail associates are rude as well... Address the issue, I just want to get what I need and leave. And to my knowledge theres no other issues with anyone else employed here, except her...
