The store was close over an hour before they said they close and employees seemed very unfriendly. I drove to the store for a gallon of milk and they have always closed early with nothing on hour changes.

This is a nice area of town to have such a kind of junky convenience store. Grabbed a coffee on the way to drop.of kid at school and couldn't drink more than a sip, it was cold and gross. If you can't have fresh coffee at 745 in the morning idk what you are doing.

Employees Could be much more polite and welcome customers with a smile and be much more professional when dealing with customers. For example: eye contact, smile, nod, react and engage, listen, offer help, offer assistance, acknowledging mistakes, and acknowledge customers presence.

Absolutely horrible service The store manager as she called herself is so rude to everyone by far the worst experience in Columbia and reading other reviews seems like she has a history of this and yet nothing has changed from corporate office to fix the problems that myself and many others have been bringing to light shame on you for allowing that kind of attitude and rudeness to people who choose to support your business

I like this store but the people that work there are rude, unprofessional, has bad customer service skills. Especially the fat lady I think she the Manager she’s rude to her employees and customers.

Will never go to this break time ever again...when I bought my scratchers there was a gap in the ticket numbers (Someone has obviously sold a ticket out of order) and when I took it back they wouldn’t fix THEIR MISTAKE and make it right. I always buy my tickets 3 in a row for a reason and they wanted to be rude as hell when I came back to give them the chance to make things right.

I have always loved going to the gas station and have never had any issues. Now that everyone is required to wear masked i noticed the employee's are not wearing masks. They are also not urging others to make sure they have a mask on. The sign on the front door doesnt mean you are in compliance.

Well, it was a suitable experience, but not really the threshold of fine dining I expected it to be. I feel as though I as a customer have been disregarded. The funnyuns were not up to par and they tasted of lightly broiled penguin carapaces. Very disappointed with this. I will let my superiors know that I have marked up this locale for... modification. Good luck, you'll need it.
