Walked in to the girl behind the counter talking very loudly on the phone complaining about another customer experience. Stood there right in front of her for 30-45 seconds before I just walked right back out because she continued complaining on the phone instead of doing her job. Clearly shouldn’t have a job if you can’t even do it and be professional… trash

I don't ever make reviews, literally never have in my life but I came in this evening and whatever little boy that was behind that counter had absolute terrible customer service. I said thank you, have a nice evening.. Absolutely no emotion and ignored me. The screen would pop up for no my time and he's just staring at me like I'm supposed to know to hit it. The energy was off as soon as I walked in and my friend said the lady behind the counter wasn't too nice herself

I'm Sorry to say it's been a long time since I've had to resort to giving 1 star . Avoid this break time location if at all possible, for the past monthvcustomer service has been extremely poor in the evenings . The first incident was when the young lady temporally shut down the store including the fule pumps ,for around 20 min. That night break time lost at least 10 customers the lady at the counter didn't even care to get the self opening doors to work again. The straw that broke the camel's back was on the night of November 7th 2022 the same lady from the previous incident over charge the one item that I purchased ,as well as covertly double charged me for the same item . I urge you to only use cash at this location during the evening . Now I have to file a report with the better business bureau. ?☹️Thank God I have security alert on my debit card ?

Was here at 8:15 pm. The guy working said he was closed because he is there by himself and is here helping the store out and refused to open the doors. He literally said he is not staying after 10pm and that he has to do side work and won't open the doors for customers. Terrible customer service and he was extremely rude whem talking thru the door telling me he wasnt opening the store period.

This place is so shady. Always some drama or it's closed... Rolled up at 9:10 pm and this sign was on the door. It's now 9:24pm

This business does not like to empty their trash cans by the pumps. I drive for a living so I got gas twice today. Once in the morning and again in the evening. This morning they were full, but tonight, it was even worse.

All trash was overflowing outside by the pumps. No where to throw out my trash, but at least I was able to recycle my bottles. Those bins were not overflowing.
