I got into a pretty bad front end accident and Bopp's made my truck look good as new. Kathy and Kevin were available and easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had about repairs. Kevin and I went over the truck together and was happy to add any other issue that was missed to the repairs. Thank you Bopp's and your awesome team for fixing my truck!

Wasted our time and unfortunately told us they’d get us right away…then when they did the estimate they said oh we can’t actually do the repairs until THE END OF APRIL!! Great up until they decided to say that… ?

Tim Suggett and the wonderful Cathy, were absolutely amazing!!Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND by fixing my bumper until I could get my car into the shop, and Cathy was extremely personable while waiting for my estimate ✋️ Best experience I've ever had after a car accident. 5 Stars all around ✨️

Personally they took a bit of extra time to fix my company vehicle-- not a big deal. Unfortunately there is video of Kevin and his crew abusing a customers vehicle circulating online. Trust this business only at your own wishes.

Maintenance took over double the time I was initially quoted and my dash cam video shows the mechanics driving my car without any oil in it and joking about the wear and tear they just caused to it. Horrible place DO NOT take your car here!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CARI took my car to Bopp Collision to replace a cracked oil pan. When the car was brought to them, they were told there was no oil in the car and they knew not to start the engine and drive the car. The repair was supposed to take 3 weeks but instead took 7 weeks because they ordered the wrong parts.When I picked up the car, I directly asked Kevin Shopher, the shop manager, did you ever start or drive the car without oil and he assured me no, they would never do that and they know that could damage the engine. When I got the car home, I checked my dashcam to be sure that was true and it turns it was a lie. Not only was it a lie, but Kevin himself is on my dashcam joking about how the car "runs good without no oil". When I went back and asked him about this, he changed his story and said maybe they did drive it without oil but its no big deal because there was still residual oil in the engine. Engines need PRESSURIZED oil, not just residual oil and running the car without oil even for a minute can cause significant wear on the internals.See attached video to see them laughing about how the car is junk and they drove it without oil. This is how they treat your car when you're not there, and if you have no dashcam to prove it, they will lie to you.These guys will take shortcuts with your car and lie to you about it. Don't take your car here.

When we had an unscheduled and deeply unsatifying encounter with one of Missouri's large mammals on I-70, we weren't sure where to turn. A friend of ours recommended Bopp and we were so glad he did. Kevin Shopher was extremely helpful in assisting us through this process. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the options regarding our repair. If there was something extra he could provide, he did. When we needed some help with a follow up, he quickly scheduled us in and helped with the additional service. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and level of service we received. Kevin was invaluable to our positive experience and we would definitely recommend Bopp Collision for any future repairs.

I was rear ended and brought my vehicle to Bopp. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They took care of my vehicle and did a great job with the repairs, everything looks great! They worked with the other persons insurance company and made sure they approved everything that needed to be replaced and painted. I highly recommend them.
