Their financial department is the worst .
They basically all what they care about is to get ur monthly payments..NOTHING else
They will not assist in your property Tax , renewal of ur sticker , issuing any documents u need. All what they have to say is " call BMWUSA"
Never again to buy any car from their dealership. And will make sure all my friends not to buy from this lazy people .

What an experience! I am from Florida and had been looking for a specific 2024 X3 M Competition. I happened upon BMW of Columbia and reached out to them and spoke with Dave Watson. He answered all of my questions to make sure it was the vehicle I wanted and was very accommodating.
After a few conversations and speaking with Adam in finance, I decided to fly up to complete the purchase. This could have gone one of two ways and I was keeping a positive outlook.
Dave scheduled one of their drivers to pick me up in St. Louis which was very thoughtful as it is quite a distance from the dealership.
Steve “the driver” picked up my daughter and me and had a nice drive over to Columbia. What a great guy.
We arrived and Dave was waiting for us and greeted us like we were old friends. The dealership looked amazing and all the staff were very friendly.
After some good conversation, and Dave setting my daughter up with some snacks and their awesome game room, he connected me with Adam in finance.
Again, it was like having a conversation with a good friend and no pressure at all. Financing went smoothly and only took a short time.
Overall, this was the best buying experience I have ever had and I been purchasing vehicles for many years (40 to be exact)!
Dave Watson, Adam (finance), Steve “the driver” and Gus (sales manager), thank you for creating an unforgettable experience for me and my daughter! My purchase was perfect and just in love with my X3 M.

Our salesman, Josh was very helpful. He even came in on his day off to help me! Brad, the finance manager was extremely thorough and helped with any questions I had. I drove 11 hours from Denver to see this car and 13 hours back (hit bad weather) and these 2 men made everything worth it! I would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Josh and Brad! I love my new car.

This was honestly the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. The sales team was helpful, not pushy in the least, and showed us any car we wanted with their only concern being what our needs were for a vehicle. Adam the finance guy was friendly, extremely helpful, patient with us and our…enthusiastic… 3 year old and 8 month old, and explained all of our options thoroughly.
We were given very fair value for our trade ins and we were in and out of the dealership in record time. My wife’s exact words were “I think that was the smoothest car transaction we’ve ever had!”.
The manager of this dealership clearly has his whole team firing on all cylinders and I look forward to working with them again soon. Thank you all!

Wow ... We took delivery on our new BMW yesterday. We had an excellent experience with BMW of Columbia, especially with our Client Advisor (Sales Rep), Curtis Jahr. We live in St. Louis, about an hour and 45 minute drive from Columbia. We "built" the exact car we wanted on the BMW website and requested emailed bids from 9 BMW dealers within a 2 hour radius. BMW of Columbia provided a quote on the car significantly less than other dealers and we placed the build order. Note that our local dealer could not match the price even though we had purchased a car from that dealer in the past and we will service the new car at that location. In spite of the fact we never spoke to Curtis on the phone until the car arrived at the dealership, the transaction was seamless and there were zero unexpected out-the-door charges. If you're interested in getting a great deal and avoiding the "in-person dealership haggling process", I highly recommend contacting Curtis at BMW of Columbia.

I had the most comfortable and pleasurable experience buying a car here than anywhere else before. My wife and I talked about that first when we drove off the lot in our new purchase. We dealt with Curtis and couldn't recommend him enough. We can't forget about Brad Davis also, he was great also.
