Service and helpfulness of the staff was great. I couldn't get exactly what I wanted (low inventory) but I found something that worked. The store is about 2X bigger than it needs to be.

Always the best service when I come to Best buy in Columbia and I am so happy this location is open because our Jefferson City location is gone! The help is always courteous and knows what they are talking about when I come up to purchase computer parts and other technical accessories

Don't try and call the store directly to see if something is in stock, YOU CAN'T CALL THE STORE you have to call some call center, I talked to one of this stores employees and they told me "sorry we no longer have a store phone number you have to talk to some call center overseas!" so if you want to know if this store has a widget on the shelves before you drive 50 miles one way you can't!, I will shop elsewhere BESTBUY.

Customer service? Nonexistent. Literally walked in with my wallet in hand to buy a MacBook - couldn’t get a single person to help me so I walked out. Even asked an attendant and waited 10 minutes before I left

Worst customer service ! I went to the cell phone department to buy a phone and was directed to the Apple department, then back to the cell phone department. I waited as the first in line while an associate with glasses and a beard chatted about random topics with another customer (I assuming it was his friend) for 10 minutes.When I asked him for help, he gave me a dirty look and told me to go to the front. The girl at the front told me to go back to the cell phone department. After explaining the situation, I finally got the phone, but it was unnecessarily difficult.
