Someone give me the check and it came out scam check and they close my account not even try to work with the customer to solve the problem not even giving a warning be very careful for next time they straight close your account which even it's not your fault very disappointed been with the bank for long time and that's how they treat their customer

Coming here to cash my paycheck is the worst part of my whole week. They are so slow and painfully uninterested in anything but getting out at exactly 4 pm. What bank has those hours. I hate coming here to the point I’m considering getting a different job so I don’t have to come here

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!Terrible bank. If you like the idea of handing everyone your money so they can make you money and treat you like nothing then use Bank of America. Worst bank I’ve ever been talked to or done business with. Terrible wait times. No explanations for anything. Terrible at any form of help. I will keep my account(unfortunately) due to there national status and easy credit line. Other then that they are absolute garbage for treating their customers as garbage. It makes me feel guilty to still bank with this company and let them make money off of me but I am tied in. Absolutely do not use this bank if you have a choice. It’s unfortunate I have to wait so much time in my life dealing with a bad business and company and then waste even more time typing this. Maybe they should spend time doing what they are paid to do so we do t have to complain in misery for free. Thank you bank of America for accidentally sending me to central bank.This is the same review for each location because this has become absurd. When they closed the Broadway branch they should have closed them all. It has been terrible ever since and they don’t care how bad it’s been. Their score at the south location is 2.2 and 3.1 at the other location. It is insane we give people our money to use and they treat that many people that way. Hopefully people can read this and be warned

They have held my business account cash ransom for about 3 weeks now. None of those people have any idea what's going on. They sent me to different locations across town to close my bank account, each one was sending me back and forth to the other bank location. Finally, one person told me to call customer service who I had talked to 14 times prior. My bank account is leaking like a sieve, and they're not allowing me to close. I'm through.

4 drive up spaces with only one intermittently working ATM, 4 employees with only one intermittently working teller. Not to mention the (should be) criminal fees I have heard them charging some people.
