Location is Bland Looking to say at best, Parking reminds me of a Jigsaw Puzzle. Felt Ganged on as soon as I hit the the door. Gave this place a shot. Took 4 Employees and a manager to find a barcode on a relay... No Advice or insight for problems. Honestly I'm surprised this place is still open. Definitely better places to go. Won't be coming back. Stay Humble

I went in due to a battery light coming on in the middle of an 8 hour trip and from them testing my battery to assisting in the replacement of my battery and alternator everyone was extremely helpful. They lended me the proper tools and gave me pointers on how to go about it. It was 98 degrees and my dog was with us. While she was sitting outside they got her some water and offered me a drink. Amazing staff and experience.

We had a brake problem while heading to Colorado from St Louis. We were pulling our camper so brakes are critical. Dave came out and looked at the issue and gave us a temporary solution. It was nearly 8:00 pm when we arrived and he stayed after closing time to help us out. He also gave us a recommendation of where to get the brakes fixed in the morning and told us who
To talk to at the repair shop. His utmost concern was for our safety and made it very clear we shouldn’t be going far without a repair. Dave was great. I would highly recommended this AutoZone.

The W. Worley St store is the best auto parts store I've ever shopped at! The staff, especially Dave, the manager, are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to give you the best service possible. Last year my daughter made a purchase and the staff member made absolute certain that it was the correct part for her car and even installed for her! Just recently I made an online purchase and worked with Dave, the manager at the pickup. When opening the box, I found that a part was missing. Upon returning to the store, Dave corrected the problem, no questions asked. All round great experience at a great store!
