At&t Is a scam! Went in today cause I need a new phone (currently with cricket and my phone is trash) after spending over 30 minutes thinking things were going smoothly. guy told me “you owe a previous balance of $317 and some change that needs paid before getting a new phone” I asked ALL 3 of them “if I pay this I only have to pay sales tax on a new phone to get a plan right?” they all said yes and reassured me! After I paid they continued telling me I have to pay a down payment of $600+ up front to get a phone! I then had 2 options after that. I could pay the money out I right which I don’t have or do the “bring your own phone” plan which i need a new phone which is why I went in there in the first place! They then had the nerve to tell me “you can trade in your iPhone 10R and get a Samsung S23 for “free” but you still have to pay $544 upfront” are y’all illiterate? You don’t know what free means? F AT&T and everything they stand for never again. My debt is paid with you now so don’t even send me a message, email or letter lying scum bags! Can do the “BYOP” deal for 3 months and MAYBE eligible for a new phone lmao. Plus y’all charging $10-30/month more than ours plans I knew I left you for a reason!YES I understand I owed a debt that’s not the point! The point is don’t promise someone something if you can’t follow through! Not to mention the guy I was working with didn’t know what he was doing and had to start all over! So now I gave $317 I needed for oh her things like bills and living expenses for no reason

Aaron did a great job. He was extremely helpful. He was not pushy but did help us get everything we needed. I highly recommend stopping at AT&T on Missouri Blvd.

Went in to upgrade my phone, and the new store was awesome! Jason and Aaron helped me pick out a new 15 pro max! It came like 2 days later via ups! Went back and transferred my data for me! Great experience 5/5

Jason, Andrew & Aaron were amazing to work with. Quick, friendly service and the best upgrade experience and full explanation of what was changing on my bill that I have ever had. The new store is very clean. I will be returning.

I visited the store with the intention of trading in my phone and upgrading to a specific model. However, the initial sales representative rushed through the process. Despite specifying the model I wanted multiple times, the wrong one was ordered. Upon receiving my receipt, I was told it might be a system glitch and the correct phone would arrive. Unfortunately, the incorrect model was delivered.Having already paid off the remaining balance for the new phone to avoid additional installments on my bill, I returned the incorrect phone as instructed. The store initiated a new order for the correct model and refunded me for the taxes and initial payment. During this process, I noticed an overcharge for an accessory, which I was also refunded for and allowed to keep at no cost as compensation. The second phone, the correct model this time, arrived. However, I was asked to return to the store once again, this time to drop off my trade-in and sort out the remaining balance on the new device to prevent additional monthly fees. Despite multiple trips, I was directed to contact customer care after the trade-in credit was applied, following the finalization of the installment plan. Only then could I settle the remaining balance.I acknowledge the store's apologies and the encouragement to return when I make the customer service call in a couple of months. Nevertheless, this has been an inconvenience for me. If the correct phone had been ordered initially, as repeatedly assured, I wouldn't have had to spend extra time resolving what should have been a straightforward process. Ultimately, I regret not following my instincts and handling the entire exchange online or through the customer service line from the start. Despite these issues, I must note that the staff was friendly throughout the interactions.
