We were having a lot of troubleo getting our phones activated after switching to AT&T. Andrew and George at the Rainforest Prkwy store in Columbia were both so helpful, thoughtful and patient. Great customer service there!

We changed to at&t the day of the outage. George andAndrew were very helpful in getting us transferred to at&t and helped us get our phones working.

Stopped at this office on multiple occasions and it’s frequently having staffing and other issues. Staff smoking marijuana in the back room. A guy comes out to the parking lot and tells us that the internets out for the last several days and they can’t help. Very sketchy.Friday, August 18 10:30 AM. Thursday, August 17 10 AM.

I’m a pretty understanding person but…..I can’t believe this is a real store lol. I went at noon as I had a cracked screen… there was a piece of printer paper taped to the door “lunch break”. Okay weird, no time or anything. Just that. I waited 25 minutes and nothing. So I left and came back over an hour later to be told “the internets pretty slow sorry I can take your number and call you when it’s quicker maybe today maybe not”…. He said But it’ll take a while so I wouldn’t want to do that? If you’re thinking why try again? It’s because I was working, had to bring my kids, and it’s five minutes away. Three hours later I called to ask if the internet was working “ oh yeah it’s back”. So again I went. He acted totally clueless why I was there, informed me I needed to pay off my phone before I could upgrade. No problem, have him my card. Then says nvm it won’t let me, your bill must be past due. I said no it’s not. He said yeah so sorry but it won’t let me so maybe just come back in a few days?? Wth. I asked if there was someone he could call? No. But I could call customer service if I wanted but they could not help me either. He suggested a burner phone. I genuinely left baffled. I cannot believe this is a real store and not a front for something. The store was also dirty and the chairs were extremely frayed and worn down… which is know since I went three times in one day ?

I came to this store about a year ago and was not very happy with the service I got from, I think his name was like Matt or Mark but he was the manager at the time, he was rude and not very helpful. How ever I recently have had to go back in and was absolutely shocked by how much better the store is. Apparently the old manager has been replace and I got to say the new guy is doing a great job.

No one even spoke to me +i was there a good 10 mins. Granted, the two AT&t associates were busy with customers but they didn't say hi or movie with you and just minute or anything and when I walked out they didn't say anything so I guess I really didn't matter to them but it's all good cuz my service got taken at T-Mobile so that's their prize, for not having better customer service skills because I used to be an AT&t customer I am not now I don't recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. The guy working was extremely rude and could not fix our issue, actually he didn't even try. We went in because our phones had poor signal in our house. He asked if we lived in a metal house?? We told him "NO, we've had good service its just been yesterday and today. He suggested we switch to another carrier. He then told us to leave. We went to the ATT store by the Columbia Mall and they had our issue resolved in a couple minutes. Our phones are now working great and have great signals.I will never step foot in that store again and the owner should re evaluate his manager.

Matt and the team at this store go above and beyond to take care of all our issues. This is the only location we will go to for help and service! Excellent customer service!

Stopped by the store to purchase a case and a screen protector. This was my first time visiting the Rain Forest Parkway location. Matt greeted me on arrival and helped me pick out the best protection for my phone as well as making l the most of a store promotion on accessories. I’ll definitely make this my preferred location whenever I need to visit AT&T in-person.

Matt was INCREDIBLE. very customer service oriented, great personality, courteous, patient, and he could multitask wonderfully. He was training sammi and was doing great with that as well. In a world where people don't seem to want to work and have no work ethic, Matt is an exemplary employee.
