Colby was great. He was quick to set up my phone, he showed me some new things, and he helped me set up new passwords to make it easier for me to login to everything. Give that man a raise!

Not in love with AT&T. Ordered pre-paid with Hot Spot data service for $50.00 ($65.00 with no autopay) and transferred my number to the service. The SIM they sent was defected. I went to this store where the lady got me on a post paid service with NO wifi hotspot, and the SIM wouldn't do 5G. When I found out I went back to have it corrected. Now I'm on the pre-paid with Hot Spot data plan for $50.00 ($65.00 with no autopay), but I have no 5G, just 4G/LTE. My phone is a 5G device. Not in love with AT&T.

The ATT store on West Worley, Columbia Mo has a young man named Alex that was very helpful and awesome! He had to deal with a challenged old lady like me and did so with much respect.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Jordan on 11/16/23! We had just stopped by to see if our phones were eligible for upgrades. Jordan was very informative, personable and patient with all of our questions. He also was not “pushy” but at the same time, a great sales person. We ended up with new phones and two apple watches for the kids and felt extremely excited about it - thank you Jordan!!!Also, I wanted to add that Karen was VERY helpful too when I called the next day and had a few questions about transferring my info to our new phone. Thank you Karen!!!

The customer service here is exceptional!! Ethan and Karen both went above and beyond to make sure I left their store satisfied. Ethan was patient, informative, and made sure he found me the best special possible. Karen was there to assist throughout it all and made sure things were getting taken care of. If you need help at an AT&T store in Columbia, MO, then Worley St. is top tier for sure!! Thank you so much!!

Our wait time was very short. Our sales helper was so courteous. Patient gave us time to make decisions very understanding of technology deficits very happy with our trip to the phone store.

I came here because my old phone had broken. They told me they didn't sell phones(or cases). 1st, a rep sent me to a place that was permanently closed in Columbia to get my phone repaired. They sent me to Walmart to buy a new phone so they could transfer my data over to the new phone. After realizing the repair shop was closed, I called back and another rep sent me to a different repair shop which fixed my phone. (battery issue) I came back to AT&T and over some time we were able to get my data transferred from my old phone to my new phone. I finished the process at home. I thought all was well until after 10 days of buying my phone it stopped charging. Instead of going back to Worley, I went to Grindstone. They helped me tremendously. They actually had phones and cases to sell me in store. I bought a new one on the spot and returned the other one to Walmart.

The worst experience with AT&T I’ve ever had today @ the Worley location next to the mall. I closed my account in march of 2023, or so I thought. A few months later I realized I was still being charged for my previous account even tho I went in store to close the account. No big deal, yet! From march to October 2023 I’ve been in the Worley AT&T location more than 4 times for the same issue and still has yet to be resolved. The manager of the store, Karen, has lost my information 2 different times. She has promised to credit my account month by month to make up for what AT&T wrongfully took from me. Yet I haven’t seen a penny of that. I was told if I upgraded to the iPhone 15, they would waive the fee for me. That did not happen either. I’ve received my iPhone 15 but my wife has not, we went in store today because there were more unrecognizable charges on my account and still missing one of the new iPhones and immediately got told to leave, BY KAREN. I’m not sure how she has a job there but I wouldn’t waist your time or money. They don’t care about you or what you are owed. Not sure what I need to do from here but I think I’m gonna walk over to US cellular :)
