Go anywhere else if possible. Bought a mattress that they said they "financed" but was actually just opening a credit card with another company and putting it on the new credit card. Never received any information on how to pay said credit card. Sales people are worse than used car salesman. Won't be using them in the future.

We ordered three bed frames, one chair, one ottoman, one sofa chase, two mattresses, and one end table. The chair, ottoman, and one mattress came in a week after our purchase. The other mattress was delivered two weeks from the purchase. The two bed frames, which we were promised would be assembled (which were not), also arrived two weeks from the purchase. I still cannot get a delivery date for my bed frame which has to be assembled together with the headboard. (We've been sleeping on a mattress on the ground) Also, I cannot schedule delivery for the sofa chase or end table. The chatbot is useless and asks me if I want my stuff way further out than when I talk to real people. I've never had to work so hard to get furniture delivered, while also being lied to about the assembly of it. In my opinion, the wait is not worth the savings, nor the extended delays I've experienced in delivery. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley again. If you think this review is bad, then you should ask my wife what she thinks.

I'm really frustrated with Ashley products and their customer service. Most of the delivered orders have problems and this shows their poor quality control system. Fixing the problems takes a long time and wastes our time fixing or replacing the items. I never come back to the Ashley store.

Aug. 2024. Get in there and see CAM. A great sales leader and genuine kind human. Stop driving by Ashley store and go in and explore. Just always use placemats. Who knew a thanksgiving day plate would ruin the table at every place setting. Going for cheap now… very disappointed

Walked in and right off the bat I was greeted by a sales person, I looked for a bit, then another sales person asked me if I needed help, right after that, the same sales person who was male came over and gave me papers on getting a new mattress although I came to look at dining sets, walked out after that terrible experience.

Very large selection of furniture and accessories. The sales staff were pretty busy on their phones, but we did find our way around to the couches we were there to see. Store is well lit and looks well displayed.

Great customer service! Stepped into Ashley’s and were helped right away. We were given space to look and talk but they were always right there when we had questions. Once we decided what we wanted the process of ordering and buying our pieces was fast and painless. We got a great deal and are so excited to get our new furniture!

I would not recommend Ashley furniture especially if you purchase anything that will possibly require a part or replacement, you will be disappointed like me. We have been loyal Ashley customers for years and after one purchase, we were given the run around on getting a desk fixed and replaced. After one month the item stopped working and we called to get service out. Service came out after awhile and said it couldn’t be fixed. After inquiring about an update, they said they’d order parts that were delayed over the next 6 months and they had no record of someone coming out to our house for repair or my claim. Made another. Then they started to harass me and ask me to keep the desk for $60 off that cost me $500. I said no I wanted a return. They refused. After another few months they offered to exchange that desk. Well that desk didn’t work either. Made another claim (no record of any of my other claims still) and still waiting on parts. I went in to the store after speaking with the parts department and they said to ask for an exchange of another item or refund. I would accept the exchange of another item. Now they are refusing that. Only gave it a 2 star because the manager and customer service rep were helpful but limited in their own jobs. Very disappointing.
