This has become my go-to place for flowers. They do stunning arrangements have have great ideas even beyond what is on their web site.
My latest request was for a bouquet fit for a Jane Austin fan, and the photo shows the flowers they put together. Nailed it!

I had an amazing experience with this florist. I had to run last minute wedding errands for my good friend, whose pre-ordered flowers from another vendor were the wrong color. I arrived 9 minutes before close on a Friday evening and the lady working was so helpful and kind and patient as I frantically searched for the perfect flowers. She helped me pick the exact color and kind of flowers that made my friend's bouquet absolutely gorgeous!!!! I had the best experience with a very helpful and knowledgeable employee that helped make my friend's day just perfect!!

I was in the ICU waiting room when some beautiful artificial plants/arrangements were delivered from Allen’s by two of their staffers. The gals were so very friendly and attentive to the arrangements. They were even gracious enough to bid us goodbye and best wishes for our friend/family member coming to the ICU, after their work was complete!

Allen's Flowers is my go-to local Columbia flower shop! From houseplants to beautiful bouquets to holiday centerpieces, or even just stopping in to say hello to the amazing ladies that create these designs, they are great! Sandra, Tina, Gracie and Amy are always professional and personable, making it a pleasant experience each time I stop by. I've had flowers hand delivered by their driver, Cody, who always seems cheerful to be brightening someone's day with a flower delivery.

The shop operates without a professional approach. The owner, who is aging, lacks foresight in the floral industry, particularly in seizing opportunities to recruit designers that could bring new growth and a diverse set of skills, contributing to the shop's long-term success. My personal experience with this shop reveals a deficiency in respect, responsiveness, and communication skills towards applicants. Such characteristics are unattractive to any genuine floral designer seeking a collaborative work environment conducive to growth and integral involvement in the shop's future expansion. Unfortunately, this environment appears to hinder the professional development of designers, making it more suitable for those who may identify as "local posie poker" enthusiasts rather than true designers.

Came in with an idea to put a smile on the face of my special lady friend. I wanted an arrangement that was fun and that used pickle balls. The florist was happy to take on the challenge and she knocked it out of the park.
