Not very helpful back in November. They said they would send us information about Alaska cruises and line up a contact for us to follow up with and they never did. Not a very reliable office for a AAA plus member. Will rely on AARP from now on. Will not be renewing our membership either.

Jim smoother his name you remeber this agency and don’t do bussiness with this guy don’t care he call me today to pay my insurance and I asking about my insurance price stuff like that and he answer is “ if you want to pay pay if you don’t want to pay don’t pay” i’m like what you saying? I can’t just ask ? I had money to pay my insurance I’m not asking somebody for free insurance, you can’t just mean to me like that. Everytime we talk to him don’t matter he alway being means to us, I was so mad today I’ll report this guy through AAA.

Ben Coyle is great! I highly recommend him for any of your travel needs. I have booked trips out of the country twice in the last 12 months with Ben, and he has been a huge help both times!

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THE LIE AND CHEAT YOU. THEY CHARGED ME 86 BUCKS FOR A MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CANCELED.

I'm only leaving a 1 because there is no -100. I was with this insurance carrier for several years & was very pleased with my agent & the services she was able to provide my family. However, my agent is no longer with this company so I was assigned another. OMGOSH, this agent was the absolute worst, untimely returned emails and in the event I tried to reach her in the office the call always went to voicemail. My rates steadily increased over a 3 month period by nearly $40. None of which she informed me about. When I finally noticed this increase I requested an explanation and was told rates increased due to labor & other associated cost. Really, so why didn't my childrens father's rates raise? Yep, just another dirty low life tactic to get more money from a customer. Nonetheless, the icing on the cake happened when she told me our insurance would increase from $274 to nearly $500 a month so I opted to get a quote with her placed on my policy hoping, thinking the rates would be less since I have a great driving record & I have been with them for several years. But nope, instead the quote was higher than if she were to be placed on her fathers policy. Soooo, I went to my handy computer, did some research & found full coverage insurance with no difference in the policy (comprehensive, collision, deductible etc.... & I found it for a HUGE price cut with @progressive so it's definitely the place you want to go if your thinking of leaving these THIEVES behind! And, if your not keen on progressive then geico provided a much better quote to and you don't have to pay for a meaningless MEMBERSHIP which really offer's nothing you can't get on your own. Try looking at a rental car price w/your membership & then using a different browser look up the same info for that rental car. What I found was about a $15 increase with the AAA membership. Good Ridden's, Oh and when Haley left this office you definitely should've closed the doors!

I called 6 weeks ago to book a Walt Disney World vacation. I gave Nora all of the information in order to get a quote for a vacation package. Nora stated she would be in touch within a week. She was given 2 contact numbers and an e-mail. Still haven't received any response and it's been over 5 weeks. We have booked with another agency.
