The woman was nice enough and seemed to care about animals and I dont believe my dog was harmed at all while in her care. However, her house, where she conducts business, smelt so foul I couldn't bear to even step inside for more than a few seconds. I had to say my thank you's inbetween gagging and vomiting in my mouth, no exaggeration. I was very embarrassed and tried to be polite but the smell of animal waste and uncleanliness in general made my stomach churn-literally. She definitely bathed my dog but after spending the day in that house she came home smelling worse than ever. I do not recommend.
