Charlie is a racist. I would never rent at Cal storage. Every time I show up he would spy on me and harass me. He is arrogant and condescending. He seemed to only want money. Do not rent from this man.

I spoke with Charlie as all storage places were filling up in CoMo. He met my son an hour later in person. Place is gated, building locked, unit locked. My son was impressed. Three keys and he's booked!

Charlie was very accommodating, personable and helpful in getting us a storage space in the size we needed, at a very competitive price. At a time when storage space is at a premium and other companies are price gouging, due to high demand and low supply...Charlie offered a larger unit for us for a much better price than what another company offered us for a smaller unit on the SW side of Columbia. CAL's Storage is very secure (68 cameras) new, clean, and well laid out. When I called the number for the first time, Charlie picked up right away and made time to listen to our storage needs and made it happen. Other places I called I had to wait on hold for a while, then leave a msg, and hope they would call me back. Thank goodness for CAL's Storage. SO happy we found them! We are SET and feel our household goods will be secure for the duration.

I worked with Charlie and he was a great help and made the process very easy! Great communication, I called and had my unit with keys within an hour. All covid guidelines were followed as well. Highly recommend renting from them.
