The older lady who is the owner is very rude I walked in was speaking to the front office clerk never heard a word from the owners mouth. She began to say fine. We'll figure it out. We'll deal with it and then slams the door to the front office. I'm standing there shocked and trying to figure out what just happened and why is she being so rude in front of a customer I was hesitant and ready to leave at that moment to take my business elsewhere because I've been coming to this place for a few years now never had to deal with this lady her being the owner and being rude to customers is one way to stop customers from coming back. After I left, called to tell me, I'm no longer welcome and they will no longer service me which is fine other companies will be happy to take my busines.

What a grump! Not only did I receive service with a scowl, but I was charged for 15.5 gallons of propane and my tank only holds 12.5.

We've used Zollicker to fill out park model camper in Clinton for a long time. WAS very happy. But then bought a motorhome that has a stationary propane tank. Zollicker drives through our RV Park anyway so rather than breaking down to drive to get our tank filled, I stopped the driver and asked him to fill it and he did one time. I asked him to top us off each time he comes in and I'd be glad to pay extra for a trip charge. But the office said they couldn't do that. They now refuse to fill our stationary tank. So we have to break down everything to get propane. Would be different if they weren't already here in the park and we refused to pay a trip charge. Sad that businesses no longer care about people. Please explain why this policy????
