Our postal worker who delivers the mail along Highway W is screwing up. I have been getting my neighbors mail. My mailbox has the address on in it with 4 inch tall numbers and letters. I don't know where my mail is going !!!
Now... in September: some of the six bills I mailed at the post office on August 26th have not made it's destination 10 days later !!! They are clueless at the Post Office.

Regular route 6 times in the last month our mail has been delivered to a neighbor. We have a community locking mail box and name and address is clearly posted in the box. Banking records, bills, amazon orders. Please do better.

I ship lots of packages and always get friendly service. Once the tracking number said delivered but it wasn't and they tracked it down and got it there in just a couple days.

So are we just not getting mail anymore or what? I have mail and a package on my informed delivery that would’ve been delivered on Monday (but wasn’t because of the holiday) and we haven’t received mail or the package at all.

USPS at Clinton Mo. was very helpful in finding a package that seemed to just be floating in the system even though there was a tracking number.and a correct address. Thank You USPS Clinton Missouri for your help...

We live outside the city limits, and cannot get consistent delivery. We watch our delivery tracking, and today had four different reasons they couldn't or wouldn't deliver. My hubby, a DAV, was waiting outside for them, but had to step inside. While indisposed, he heard the truck roll up, heard our dogs bark, and got outside in time to see them driving away, dust flying. While we were told a "natural disaster", lack of secure location, dogs, and that the guy knocked, waited and then left were all offered as excuses. If he knocked, why didn't he leave it on the porch next to the secured latched box we mounted there to put our packages into?? To add insult, I had to drive to the office to pick up our delivery. After pleading my case, and being shown my "HEAVY" box wasn't heavy, he says, well, your box has been delivered. Never offered to have it carried to my car, although the man standing behind me offered. By the way, what does the last "S" in USPS stand for? We were both called liars in not so many words.

Such incompetent people work here. For a year since I have lived at this address, they constantly deliver packages to the wrong house. We get packages often and no matter how many times we call and give them directions and descriptions of my house they still deliver to the wrong address sometimes. Type in our address into gps and it takes you right to my front door. How do you f**ck that up so often??

Can't call and talk to humans, just a recording. That's why computers should NOT replace JOBS. People need to quit being lazy and babies and grow up. Sorry for being so blunt, but I hate automated recording.

I stopped by the Clinton, MO Post Office on Tues. 10/22/13 to mail out several packages, including a small box which contained audio CDs. As usual, I requested to mail the box as "Media Mail", and the clerk said I couldn't mail that way because the USPS recently changed the rules and only educational material can be sent by way of Media Mail. I told her that I've mailed out numerous boxes of CDs over the past two months with Media Mail, and she said that "I'm sorry, but the rules on Media Mail have changed". In all the Post Offices I've been to in the past months in about 12 states, there were NO other locations that told me such a thing. So, just to see something in official writing, I went to the official USPS site and here is what the USPS says about Media Mail - someone please pass this on to your clerk, in particular, the line with the asterisks: Media Mail® service has special eligibility requirements for permissible contents. Media Mail rates are limited to the items listed below: Books (at least 8 pages). *** Sound recordings and video recordings, such as CDs and DVDs. *** Playscripts and manuscripts for books, periodicals, and music. Printed music. Computer-readable media containing prerecorded information and guides or scripts prepared solely for use with such media. Sixteen millimeter or narrower width films. Printed objective test materials and their accessories. Printed educational reference charts. Loose-leaf pages and their binders consisting of medical information for distribution to doctors, hospitals, medical schools, and medical students. Instead of paying more than I really needed to at the Clinton Post Office, I should have just taken my packages back and found another Post Office in my travels. And, just today, I mailed out two more boxes of CDs from Branson, MO ... and THEY WERE MAILED WITH MEDIA MAIL.
