Beware of Casey's on 2nd st. In clinton. We did a order tonight threw doordash. the food was cold, barely any chicken salad on the chicken croissant, the potatoes cheese bites were mushy ... totally uncalled for for the price they are charging. Very unsatisfied & definitely won't be ordering from them scamming A°° store

I have never had a serious problem with this place my entire life of living in this town, until that changed today. This morning, my friends and I decided that we wanted to buy some drinks from this Caseys. When going up to the cash register, my friend went to pay with a 100 dollar bill. The cashier explained that they couldn't break the hundered this early in the morning, which is perfectly fine considering that it was barely 7 A.M. My friend was super chill about it and said that she would be right back to grab her wallet from her car, so we stepped out of line into an empty aisle. The moment my friend who was paying was gone, the cashier started to loudly complain to the entire store about how she could not break the hundered that early in the morning. Which as I said earlier is completely fine. The other worker that was working that morning came up to the other cashier and responded with, "cancel her order and tell her to move to the back of the line." Which we had already moved out of the way into an empty aisle to wait for our friend so that we could pay. The first employee proceeded to say that she already did and that we were holding up the line. That employee was literally ringing people up while saying that, we were not even close to holding up the line. They continued to literally bad mouth us in front of a line of people waiting to get whatever they wished to. So I step in and say, "We aren't even holding up the line, we are waiting in an empty aisle. The only thing we are doing is standing in the store, we are doing nothing wrong." Mind you during this as I said multiple times, they were ringing people up and customers were completely passing us with zero issue. The two workers continued to loudly complain and bad mouth but refused to look at us, it was like they were replying to what we were saying but in the form of talking to eachother instead. Then, the second worker decided to say, "We should make them wait outside since they are holding up the line." Or something along those lines, but the worker seriously said that they should make us wait outside just for standing in an aisle. We hadn't done anything to them, and for them to disrespect us for no reason is not okay at all. We were just a group of teenagers wanting to get three gatorades, not get into heated situation because a worker was upset that they couldn't break a hundered.The moment my friend who was paying came back in, they stopped talking completely and finished ringing up everybody in line as we went to the back of the line. I hope this reaches the right people, because this is seriously not okay. If you want to be disrespected at the crack of dawn, id say why not go here.

Vegetarian options: Asked for a veggie sandwich ( not on menu) so positive and made a delicious sandwich. I didn't have to explain or anything. Very friendly and had no trouble accommodating my dietary needs. Clean restrooms. Nice sales clerk. A bit off the hwy though.

Good options from donuts to pizza to sandwiches! Drinks are reasonable and ice cream is offered as well.

Too crowded for distancing at this time. People weren't wearing masks as required, store employees were but not all customers. Mandatory by City. Stopped in for a drink and they were well stocked. Had what was needed. Store was clean, employees very friendly.
