I started trying to make an online pickup order from the kitchen at about 10:50pm. They had already turned off the online ordering even tho the kitchen is open til 11:30. So I call to place my order with the ai machine voice they have now an after it gets all my food down which takes 10-15 minutes in itself it ask me for my bogo code an when I tried to use it I got transferred to the store. First tried explaining it to the lady in the kitchen she had no idea what I could possibly be talking about so she put me on the phone with the older lady that is always working. She proceeds to tell me they never got an order (obviously) an doesn’t know what I want her to do. I ask for her to just take my order over the phone and forget about the bogo bc the phone call had already taken another 5-10 minutes. She then gives me attitude and says “ I’ll try but our kitchen does close in 10 minutes” in a very rude an unprofessional tone. I just told her nevermind I don’t want to place an order anymore an will just call and talk to someone else the next day. This older lady is rude anytime I’ve ever seen her working in the store so I know exactly who’s voice it was on the phone.

I only stop at Casey's when there is no place else close and usually only buy gasoline for the points to reduce the price.

Order to Pizza they messed up on it so I let them know so they gave me another one to fix their mistake they ended up using no good sauce and cheese so the pizza tastes funny

I generally stop in here on my way in and out of work this specific location has pretty good pizza that's about on point price wise with pizza hut but I do prefer it due to it getting me rewards points(sucks they got rid of the 10 pizza thing) but the deals are pretty good for certain

Wheelchair accessible wide doors and bathroom doors. I love the Casey's brand raspberry lemonade it's awesome. I get one everyday! The food is way better than the Casey's in Appleton. 5 out of 5 stars!
